Ruby Hue is a bean-to-bar, single origin chocolate maker. They source ethically produced fine cacao from around the world then roast, crack, winnow and stone grind the cacao to make beautiful chocolate all in their little factory and cafe in Finzel's Reach. They also serve Clifton coffee, Rare Tea Co teas as well as our delicious in house bakes and concoctions.
