PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe FAQ
Know before you go!
We are open:
- Monday 9am – 7pm.
- Tuesday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
- Saturday 10am – 2pm.
- Sundays and Bank Holidays 11am – 5pm.
Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will be sent contactless check-in Instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.
Guests can check in anytime from 3pm onwards. It is best to notify reception of your estimated arrival time and ensure you receive the arrival instructions prior to arrival by email.
Please contact reception of any early arrival requests so we can try our best to accommodate – this will be subject to availability.
Check-out time is until 11am on the day of departure.
Late check-out is subject to availability and upon request basis only. Late check out at 1pm is charged at £15 or at 4pm £30.
Weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights plus.
Due to Covid-19, we are not keeping luggage at this time.
No, however inside every apartment there is a washer/dryer. Reception can also arrange a dry cleaning and laundry service with an external local company. Please allow 24hrs advance notice for this service, additional charges will apply.
There are many options around the city for grocery delivery. Supermarkets such as Tesco, Aldi or Asda are providing deliveries on their own website. Guests can place orders online choosing the slot they prefer.
There is another option which is use an app such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, BuyMe, i.e. Local shops and restaurants are providing this service as well, for a faster service. Once you place your order, it takes 1 hour approximately to be delivered (depending on the shop).
Usually, guests provide their own phone number to be contacted. It is very useful as it works even when reception is closed!
No gym facilities are onsite, however we take wellbeing seriously! Discover all our wellbeing suggestions on PS Life.
Apartments provide extra floor space for guests to be able to exercise with privacy. Running maps are also available.
Yes, we can provide guests with an adaptor upon request basis, please advise reception prior to arrival if this is required so we can arrange this for you.
No, however we can direct you to the closest currency exchange bureau.
Yes, our friendly reception staff can assist with printing boarding passes.
Check out usually is before 11am, please contact reception on 0121 666 4444 if you have a delayed flight and need to extend the stay.
General Information and House Rules
Choice of either a 1 Bedroom Apartment for up to 2 people or 2 Bedroom apartment for up to 4 people. Baby cots are also available, on request.
Yes, we are pet friendly, for stays of 28 consecutive nights or more. A pet policy applies along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.
Yes, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
Yes, there is a lift within the main lobby which provides access to every floor.
No, however some of the apartments have balconies and fans are provided within the storage cupboard for guests.
Yes, vouchers can be purchased here.
No smoking permitted within the building or within apartments.
Parking is subject to availability. Spaces are limited, so best to reserve in advance. Parking spaces are chargeable at £18 per night per space. Car registration details must be provided to reception prior to arrival. Please note height restriction of 2m applies.
External options only available. For example, Enterprise rent a car, or Sixt Car Hire. Charges apply.
PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe is located in 30-38 St Thomas St. Car parking is in a private property only used by residents and guests.
Bathroom hand wash and shower gel dispensers are available in guest bathrooms.
All our apartments feature:

- Weekly housekeeping service, alternatively we provide a contactless option upon request, a cleaning pack with fresh towels and bed linen can be delivered to the apartment door. This alternative is used as well for self-isolated guests.

The nightly rate fluctuates subject to demand and also depends on the specific dates required and length of stay. Competitive rates apply for long stays of 29 consecutive nights plus.

It is best to contact the property directly to discuss group requirements. If 5 or more apartments are required, then group terms and conditions will apply.

VAT Invoices are available upon the departure date, please add a comment to the reservation or contact the team with this request via email to [email protected] please provide us with the guest name, date of arrival in order to request a VAT invoice.
Yes, however it is always best to create the reservation using the guest’s name.
Yes, a minimum age of 18 years plus applies.
£250 security deposit charge per apartment.
A security deposit is required prior to or upon arrival. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage, disruption or noise. It is fully refundable. If everything is fine upon departure following a room inspection we will refund the deposit which can take between 3 – 5 working days to process.
Not to worry, this is fine as we will still have your reservation under the guest’s name.
1 Bedroom Apartment can sleep either 2 Adults or 2 Adults with up to 1 child. The 2 Bedroom Apartments can sleep 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 children.

The apartments are within the City Centre.
If you arrive to Bristol by train, it is very close to PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe. Walk from Temple Meads Train Station to Friary and cross the Temple Way. Then continue straight to Victoria Street and turn left on the second street, Mitchell Lane. Walk until the end and turn left again, you are now in St Thomas Street. You will find Premier Suites on your right hand side.
Walking directions from Bristol Bus & Coach Station. Go to the exit close to the information point and once you are on the street turn left and walk through Whitson Street. At the end, turn left again and walk Lower Maudlin St. Cross Lewins Mead and now you are in Union Street. Continue until the end up and walk across Castle Park to Bristol Bridge. Cross the bridge and you will find St Thomas Street the third one on your right hand side. Walk straight on until find Premier Suites on the right.
You can also use the bus service 349 or X39 from Bus & Coach Station to the Redcliffe Way, just 5 minutes walking from there.
PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe is just 15 minutes walk to Colston Hall, renamed as Bristol Beacon. It is a concert hall. A focal point for music in the city. An open invitation to the city for everyone to come and share in the joy of live music.
Ashton Gate Stadium is leading sports and leisure venues. Ashton Gate Stadium hosts a variety of events throughout the calendar year and is just a half hour walk from PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe.
The Hippodrome Theatre is just 2 minutes walking from the Bristol Beacon. It is the best and biggest theatre in the city, where most performance and shows are celebrated.
Bristol is a great place for shopping! Cabot Circus Shopping Centre is just 10 minutes walking distance from us. It is the perfect place to enjoy shopping the brands you like. Also St. Nicholas Market is a very nice place where to enjoy local food, vintage and handmade products, as well as art.
Clifton Suspension Bridge is one of Bristol’s most recognisable structures. Designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. If you go to visit the Suspension Bridge, you must visit Clifton Village as well.
Many parks across the city centre where to go. Museums to visit as Brunel’s SS Great Britain, Arnolfini Arts or Bristol Museum and Art Gallery. And many places to enjoy, Bristol Zoo or Harbour Side. Discover and explore this diverse and vibrant city.

Bristol is plenty of things to do. Walking around the City Center you can find interactive museums and galleries where to know more about Bristol’s heritage and artistic streak. Some of the central museums are We The Curious, Aerospace Bristol, Grunel’s SS Great Britain, Arnolfini’s Museum or Tyntesfield. Of course, Bristol Museum and Art Gallery.
If you are wondering to visit the city in family, there are many options for children. Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, Bristol Aquarium or Ashton Court Estate are some ideas.
With over 400 gardens and parks in Bristol you will never be far away from somewhere to take time out from the thrill of the city. Some of the largest parks in Bristol City Centre are Castle Park, Brandon Hill, Queen Square and Clifton Downs and if you happen to come at the right time of year you will find them hosting some of the biggest festivals in Bristol.
Finally, if you feel you are more for theatres and performances; The Bristol Hippodrome is you place. However, is not the only one; Bristol Old Vic, Tobacco Factory Theatre and The Redgrave Theatre are smaller but just as impressive. All of them offer an excellent programme of performances year-round.
Bristol has all food choices you can imagine. Nice restaurants close to PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe are The Hole in the Wall, Pasture, Portwall Lane Tavern or Riverstation Restaurant.

There are lots of hidden gems in and around Bristol. Christmas Steps is a large historical landmark street quite central and close to PREMIER SUITES. Temple Church is a ruined church from the 12th Century, and The Red Lodge Museum is a historic house free to all public.

BRS Airport is 8.1 miles, 25 mins by car.
A taxi from the airport to our apartments typically costs around £20.
Bus Service A2 from the city centre usually costs around £5.
From Bristol Airport go to North Side Road heading east and take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto A38 for 3.9 miles. At Lime Kiln Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bridgwater Rd/A38 and continue for 0.4 miles. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Bridgwater Rd/A38 for 1.3 miles. Use the right 2 lanes to turn slightly right onto Bedminster Down Rd/A38. Continue on Bedminster Rd/B3122 to Malago Rd/A38 for 0.6 miles. Then turn left and take the 1st exit on the next roundabout. Continue on A38 to Redcliffe. Follow Phippen Street and St Thomas Street to your destination.
Bus Service A2 operates as a shuttle from Bristol City Centre to Bristol Airport. More information and schedules can be found here.
