Vicky Snook
General Manager
Having originally studied to be a science teacher, Vicky fell into hospitality over 25 years ago while completing her degree and has never looked back.
My favourite thing about Bristol is its unique and vibrant personality, enabling us to attract visitors from far and wide. This year (2021) Bristol is the UNESCO city of film, home to the Bottle Yard Studios (the 3rd largest film studio in the UK), Channel 4’s new hub office and BBC Natural History. It is amazing how many Bristol locations ‘pop up’ in the movies. Did you know Bristol is the birth place of JK Rowling, author of the Harry Potter books?
Rachel Stoneman
Sales Manager
Rachel graduated from University College Birmingham with a degree in Events Management. The majority of Rachel’s experience is within hotels for Conference & Events, but also accommodation, so she has a great deal of knowledge in the hospitality industry.
Rachel enjoys networking and meeting new people, making them smile and providing great customer service. She also loves how busy Bristol is and all the things it has to offer. There really is so much choice of activities for everyone to enjoy.
