Quality Assured Apartments
The International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process – ISAAP – is the leading global provider of quality assessment, reporting and recognition awards for the serviced accommodation industry.
Each and every one of our locations has been awarded with ISAAP Building Accreditation. This programme assesses a serviced accommodation building against more than 250 criteria, taking into account security, duty of care, service and due diligence.
Among the building-specific criteria assessed are the condition and presentation of the building, its lighting, signage, access and service from staff. The genuine guest experience is measured, with an assessor making an overnight stay, and other units are also inspected to ensure a consistency of quality.

Our winter campaign ‘Your Time Unrushed’ positioned PREMIER SUITES as the ideal accommodation for travellers seeking a more mindful and flexible way to experience winter city breaks.
The campaign was built around the concept of slow tourism, encouraging guests to embrace a more relaxed pace of travel.
Rather than rushing through itineraries, guests are invited to spend more time in one destination, immersing themselves in local culture, neighbourhoods, and everyday experiences.
The concept was to embraced the value of meaningful experiences: cooking local food, walking the neighbourhood, or simply taking time to unwind at your own pace.
