Blaze

Blaze is an artist’s cooperative, run by 10 of the artists who volunteer their time to keep this little, independent shop going. Blaze sells Bristol based artist/makers work, from original paintings, prints, jewellery, pottery and cards. Situated in the “arty” Christmas Steps area of central Bristol. Blaze is a lovely shop full of unusual and sometimes quirky gifts, alongside fragrant oils, candles etc for every budget. They are a friendly bunch ready to welcome you into a calm and relaxed space.

Makers

Makers is one of Bristol’s finest independent Galleries Situated In the heart of the Christmas Steps Arts Quarter. The founders Joanna Boyd and Sarah Salaman have curated an exceptional collection of work from Bristol’s most exciting contemporary artists and makers. Makers Gallery specializes in original art, an impressive selection of limited edition prints, contemporary ceramics and jewellery, original textiles, artisan homeware, and exquisite handmade greetings cards.

Baristas Coffee Collective

Baristas Coffee Collective is a small, independently run coffee shop in the heart of Bristol. They serve their own blend of beans: a dark caramel, buttery roast. You’ll find great coffee and fantastic service from George and his team here.
