What are the reception opening hours at PREMIER SUITES Reading?
Reception is open Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. An out-of-hours manager is also available by phone if you need assistance outside reception hours.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am on your departure day. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.
Can I check in if I arrive after reception closes?
Yes. If you’re arriving outside reception opening hours, you’ll receive contactless check-in instructions by email before your arrival. These include access codes and instructions for collecting your apartment key.
Is parking available at PREMIER SUITES Reading?
Yes. Secure underground parking is available for £16 per night, subject to availability, and should be reserved before arrival. Please note there is a 1.9-metre height restriction.
Are there any parking restrictions I should know about?
Yes. Due to bus lane restrictions on Minster Street, vehicle access to the car park is only permitted between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. Guests requiring access outside these hours should contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival to arrange a temporary permit from Reading Borough Council.
