We are open:

Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will be sent Contactless Check-in Instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES Car park and main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.

Guests can check in anytime from 3pm onwards. It is best to notify reception of your estimated arrival time and ensure you receive the arrival instructions prior to arrival by email.

Please contact reception with any early arrival requests so we can try our best to accommodate – this will be subject to availability.

On the day of departure, please check-our prior to 11am.

Yes, subject to availability and upon request basis only. Late check out at 1pm is charged at £15 or at 4pm £30.
Yes, we offer a variety of welcome amenities that can be placed within the apartments. 
Please let us know and we will do our utmost to assist with your request.
In general, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice before arrival to arrange special requests. 

Weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights or more.

Please contact reception prior to arrival to discuss your luggage storage requirements.

No, however inside every apartment there is a washer/dryer. Reception can also arrange a dry cleaning and laundry service with an external local company. Please allow 24hrs advance notice for this service, additional charges will apply.

Grocery delivery is available to our apartments. Visit our grocery delivery page for information on how to arrange this service. 

Free bike hire is available so you can explore the surrounding area , please ask at reception for more details.
Exclusive discounts available from Reception for the Gym Group, located just a few minutes walk away. a couple mins walk away.

Alternatively Visit PS Life to discover our walking maps, healthy recipes and exercises.

Apartments provide extra floor space for guests to be able to exercise with privacy. Running maps are also available from reception.

Yes, we can provide guests with an adaptor upon request basis, please advise reception prior to arrival if this is required so we can arrange this for you.

No, however we can direct you to the closest currency exchange bureau.

Yes, our friendly reception staff can assist with printing boarding passes.

General Information and House Rules

We offer a choice of either 1 or 2 bedroom apartments.

Yes, we are pet friendly, for stays of 7 consecutive nights or more. A pet policy applies along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.

 Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.

No , however fans are provided in the storage cupboard for guests.

Yes, you can purchase vouchers here. 

No smoking permitted within your apartment.

Parking is subject to availability as spaces are limited, so best to reserve in advance. Parking spaces are chargeable at £16 per night per space. Please note that due to bus lane restrictions on Minster Street you will NOT be able to enter the car park between the following hours –4pm to 11am and driving along Minster Street during these restricted times will result in a fine from Reading Borough Council. Access is only permitted on Minster Street between 11am- 4pm. A temporary permit is available from the council for 24hour bus lane exemption, please contact info@premiersuitesreading.com 72 hours prior to arrival for full instructions. Please note height restriction of 1.9m applies.

Yes, hand wash and shower gel dispensers are in our bathrooms.

All our apartments offer:

All kitchens have a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery provided.

Following the completion of a risk assessment, advice from our 3rd Party H&S advisors and insurers we have taken the decision not to allow our guests access to balconies, this includes Juliette style balconies.

The nightly rate fluctuates subject to demand and depends on the specific dates required and length of stay. Competitive rates apply for long stays of 28 consecutive nights plus.

Yes, charged at the prevailing rate.

All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.

Debit or Credit cards accepted such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Yes., book direct by telephone or our website for a safe booking experience.

It is best to contact the property directly to discuss group requirements. If 3 or more apartments are required then group terms and conditions will apply.

VAT Invoices are available upon the departure date, please add a comment to the reservation or contact the team with this request via email to info@premiersuitesreading.com please provide us with the guest name, date of arrival in order to request a VAT invoice.

Yes, however it is always best to create the reservation using the guest name.

Yes – a minimum age of 18 years plus applies.

£250 pre-authorisation fee per apartment.
A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and the preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card. We do not accept cash payments. If everything is fine upon departure following a room inspection we will release the deposit which can take between 3 – 5 working days to process.

Not to worry, this is fine as we will still have your reservation under the guest’s name.

Yes, however we would always recommend booking directly with the property.

Our 1 bedroom apartment features a double room which can accommodate 2 adults. Our 2 bedroom apartments have 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, sleeping 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 chid. Extra beds are available, subject to availability.

Cancellations and Amendments

We appreciate requirements can change, please notify reception in writing at info@premiersuitesreading.com.

We know that plans can change. Your reservation confirmation email will provide full details of the cancellation policies that apply to your booking.

 


If your booking meets the criteria for free cancellation, you can cancel your reservation by clicking the CANCEL button on your email confirmation.

 


Please note, if you have booked a prepaid or advance purchase rate, cancellations, refunds or changes to travel dates are not permitted.

Our serviced apartments offer space for all the family to stay close at hand, while also offering the freedom and flexibility of separate living and sleeping areas.

Our fully equipped kitchens offer families the option to cook and eat a home-cooked meal together or have everything on hand for a takeaway delivery. Of course, our team can advise of family friendly eateries in the neighbourhood.

Our central location ensures you will be in the heart of the action with an array of family attractions and transport links on our doorstop. For rainy days, we offer complimentary wi-fi to keep everyone entertained.

Our closest John Lewis is located opposite PREMIER SUITES Reading.

Our closest Boots is located in the Oracle Shopping centre of in Broad Street.

We understand that by making positive choices we can all reduce our impact on the environment. Many of our guests are helping conserve energy by making some simple changes. We encourage you to join them in making PREMIER SUITES a more sustainable place to stay.

  •  Ensure the fridge door remains closed when not in use.
  • Please use water wisely. Turn off the tap when brushing your teeth and only use the water you need.
  • Don’t overfill your kettle. Please only use the quantity of water you need at that time.
  • Unplug devices at the wall, standby mode is still using energy! Don’t leave devices on constant charge. Switch lights off before you leave.
  • Consider reusing towels when possible. Hang up your towel if you plan to use it again. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.
  • Ensure the windows are closed when the heating is on.
  • Switch off the heating when you leave. Lower the temperature of the thermostat if the room is too warm. The optimum room temperature is between 16 and 20 degrees.

The apartments are centrally located within the town centre!

We are a 5-minute walk from Reading train station. From the main entrance, walk down Station Road and Queen Victoria Street to John Lewis ahead. Turn right along Broad Street and left into Chain Street towards the Oracle entrance. Turn left at the back of John Lewis, and cross the road to the entrance of PREMIER SUITES Reading. There are bus stops on Minster Road.

The Hexagon Theatre is a 5-minute walk from us. Reading Festival is 1.6 miles away. While Madejski Stadium 2.5miles away.

We are located next to the Oracle shopping centre, Broad Street Mall and Broad Street.

Driving instructions: From the M4 J11 Join the A33 and follow signs to Town Centre. Turn right at the traffic light junction with the A329, join the inner Distribution Road (IDR) at the next slip road (signed Aldershot A327, Basingstoke (A33) & Oracle Centre Car Park) Go past the Queens Road Car park on your left and stay in left lane to main set of traffic lights. Take the 2nd turning signposted local traffic onto Kings Road. Continue to the end of Kings road where you will see Patisserie Valerie ahead and bear left. Opposite John Lewis, take the first left down the side of PREMIER SUITES and our Car Park shutters are on the right.
