Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will be sent Contactless Check-in Instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES Car park and main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.
Guests can check in anytime from 3pm onwards. It is best to notify reception of your estimated arrival time and ensure you receive the arrival instructions prior to arrival by email.
Please contact reception with any early arrival requests so we can try our best to accommodate – this will be subject to availability.
On the day of departure, please check-our prior to 11am.
Yes, subject to availability and upon request basis only. Late check out at 1pm is charged at £15 or at 4pm £30.
This service is temporarily unavailable due to the ongoing pandemic.
Weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights or more.
Please contact reception prior to arrival to discuss your luggage storage requirements.
No, however inside every apartment there is a washer/dryer. Reception can also arrange a dry cleaning and laundry service with an external local company. Please allow 24hrs advance notice for this service, additional charges will apply.
You can order online with all major supermarkets. We recommend you choose a delivery slot within reception opening hours so we can help direct the delivery driver to the apartment. Please advise our staff with notice of any delivery arranged.

Apartments provide extra floor space for guests to be able to exercise with privacy. Running maps are also available from reception.
Yes, we can provide guests with an adaptor upon request basis, please advise reception prior to arrival if this is required so we can arrange this for you.

Yes, our friendly reception staff can assist with printing boarding passes.

We offer a choice of either 1 or 2 bedroom apartments.
Yes, we are pet friendly, for stays of 28 consecutive nights or more. A pet policy applies along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
No, however some apartments have Juliet balconies and fans are provided within the storage cupboard for guests.

No smoking permitted within your apartment.
Parking is subject to availability as spaces are limited, so best to reserve in advance. Parking spaces are chargeable at £15 per night per space. Please note that due to bus lane restrictions on Minster Street you will NOT be able to enter the car park between the following hours –4pm to 11am and driving along Minster Street during these restricted times will result in a fine from Reading Borough Council. Access is only permitted on Minster Street between 11am- 4pm. A temporary permit is available from the council for 24hour bus lane exemption, please contact [email protected] 72 hours prior to arrival for full instructions. Please note height restriction of 1.9m applies.

VAT Invoices are available upon the departure date, please add a comment to the reservation or contact the team with this request via email to [email protected] please provide us with the guest name, date of arrival in order to request a VAT invoice.
Yes, however it is always best to create the reservation using the guest name.
Yes – a minimum age of 18 years plus applies.
£250 pre-authorisation fee per apartment.
A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and the preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card. We do not accept cash payments. If everything is fine upon departure following a room inspection we will release the deposit which can take between 3 – 5 working days to process.
Not to worry, this is fine as we will still have your reservation under the guest’s name.
Yes, however we would always recommend booking directly with the property.
Our 1 bedroom apartment features a double room which can accommodate 2 adults. Our 2 bedroom apartments have 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, sleeping 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 chid. Extra beds are available, subject to availability.
Cancellations and Amendments

We know that plans can change. Your reservation confirmation email will provide full details of the cancellation policies that apply to your booking.
If your booking meets the criteria for free cancellation, you can cancel your reservation by clicking the CANCEL button on your email confirmation.
Please note, if you have booked a prepaid or advance purchase rate, cancellations, refunds or changes to travel dates are not permitted.

We are a 5-minute walk from Reading train station. From the main entrance, walk down Station Road and Queen Victoria Street to John Lewis ahead. Turn right along Broad Street and left into Chain Street towards the Oracle entrance. Turn left at the back of John Lewis, and cross the road to the entrance of PREMIER SUITES Reading. There are bus stops on Minster Road.

Driving instructions: From the M4 J11 Join the A33 and follow signs to Town Centre. Turn right at the traffic light junction with the A329, join the inner Distribution Road (IDR) at the next slip road (signed Aldershot A327, Basingstoke (A33) & Oracle Centre Car Park) Go past the Queens Road Car park on your left and stay in left lane to main set of traffic lights. Take the 2nd turning signposted local traffic onto Kings Road. Continue to the end of Kings road where you will see Patisserie Valerie ahead and bear left. Opposite John Lewis, take the first left down the side of PREMIER SUITES and our Car Park shutters are on the right.
