The weekly apartment clean is excellent. The apartment itself was a nice size and even had a small balcony. The team there was so helpful from before booking all the way to check out, even checking on me via email to see how I was coping in isolation. Regarding COVID 19, I felt safe throughout my stay as everything was very obviously clean and guests were reminded to follow safety regulations. The place is very safe and the staff are reachable, anytime, even in the nights if you face any problem like mine(forgot the keys in the room). The location is in the heart of Reading Downtown so everywhere is walkable. Noteworthy details, the staff are so helpful and friendly. I have never seen that level of hospitality. So much appreciated. The internet connection is great as I had used for the business. The heating system is great. The shower works fine. The laundry machine works great.

Yes, subject to availability and upon request basis only. Late check out at 1pm is charged at £15 or at 4pm £30.

Can I park a car at PREMIER SUITES Reading?

Parking is subject to availability as spaces are limited, so best to reserve in advance. Parking spaces are chargeable at £15 per night per space. Please note that due to bus lane restrictions on Minster Street you will NOT be able to enter the car park between the following hours –4pm to 11am and driving along Minster Street during these restricted times will result in a fine from Reading Borough Council. Access is only permitted on Minster Street between 11am- 4pm. A temporary permit is available from the council for 24hour bus lane exemption, please contact [email protected] 72 hours prior to arrival for full instructions. Please note height restriction of 1.9m applies.
