We offer parking at a rate of €25.00 per day.

Guests can reserve their parking space in advance by email or easily arrange this at reception upon check-in.

For navigation, we recommend entering: Diergaardesingel 87.

We are unable to cash personal or company cheques.

We are also unable to exchange any foreign currency.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. For the guarantee of your room, we only accept credit cards, no debit cards.

Unfortunately, currency exchange is not available at PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam.

If you have lost any of your belongings, please contact reception via + 31 (0) 85 20 86 000.

A taxi can be arranged to collect you from the reception. Please give as much notice as possible when requesting a taxi, ensuring you will arrive at your destination in good time.

The reception team will be delighted to help you with your travel and next destination arrangements.

Apartments

Our accommodation staff will be pleased to provide you with additional towels, pillows, shower caps, toilet paper, dish washing soap or dishwashing tablets.

Baby cots are available on request. Please contact reception for assistance, call 1111.

Our apartments do not have a balcony.

The heating in the room is controlled by the wall mounted heater. Please turn the thermostat to the required temperature.

Housekeeping service is provided when staying longer than 7 nights. If housekeeping service is required for a shorter stay, we offer a in between cleaning for an additional charge of €25.00.

Wireless internet connection is available throughout the entire building. This internet connection is free and can be used the entire time of your stay.

An iron and iron board are provided in your bedroom.

Attention:
Grains of sand may cause scratches which cannot be removed. Only put pans with a clean base on the cooking surface and always pick pans up to move them.

Induction cooking is fast. You will be surprised by the speed of induction cooking.

It is best not to leave pans unattended to avoid them boiling over or boiling dry.

The hob will only operate when you use pans that are suitable for induction cooking.

The display will keep on blinking and the cooking zone will remain cold.

After use the cooking zone will remain warm for a short period of time. This is indicated with a ‘H’ in the display.
Operation
Switch on

  • Place a pan in the middle of a cooking zone
  • Press the child lock button (nr. 3)
  • Press the on/off button of the cooking zone concerned.
  • A flashing ‘-‘ sign appears in the display and you will hear a single beep. If no further action is taken, the cooking zone will automatically switch off after a few seconds.
  • Press the + / – of << / >> to select the desired setting (nr. 7,8,9,10)
  • The cooking zone starts automatically in the level that has been set (when a pan is detected!)
  • With the + or – button you can raise or reduce the power setting step by step. By pressing << or >> button, you can raise or reduce the power setting quickly.

Switching off one cooking zone

Press the on/off button of the cooking zone you want to switch off.

Switching off all cooking zones

Press the child lock button (nr. 3) to switch off all the cooking zones at the same time.

The induction hob is now in Eco stand-by modus (red lamp burns and slowly goes on/off.

Child lock

Switching on the child lock: Press the child lock button (nr. 3) for 2 seconds.

The red light is constantly on.

Switching off the child lock: Press the button again for 2 seconds to get the hob of the childproof lock. The red light next to the child lock button is out.

Pause mode

You can set the entire hob to ‘pause’ for 5 minutes during cooking. In this way you can leave or clean the hob in a safe way during a short period of time, without losing settings.

Press the pause button once (nr. 1) – The red light flashes

All cooking zones are automatically changed to a lower setting.

If you press the pause button again within 5 minutes (nr. 1) the paused cooking process will be resumed.

If you do not undertake any further action within 5 minutes all zones will switch off automatically.

Timer/ Kitchen timer

Press the timer/alarm clock button of the cooking zone once (nr. 12)

Press the + / – button to switch from the timer function to the kitchen timer function.

After that, you can set the desired cooking time with the + button. Then you can change the set time with the – button.

Press the timer/alarm clock button (nr. 12) again to switch it off.

Cleaning

Wait till all cooking zones are cooled down

Set the child lock before you start cleaning the hob.

Use a damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent (detergent) and dry with kitchen paper or a dry tea cloth.

Never use abrasives, they leave scratches. Don’t use steel wool or scourers!

We do our utmost best to ensure your room is maintained to the highest standards.

If you should find something not working in the correct way, please contact reception via 1111.

Please note all rooms are non-smoking room. If you chose to smoke in the room, a fee of €200.00 will be added to your account to cover extensive cleaning costs.

A safe is provided for your use in each room. All valuables should be placed in the safe.

These are activated by using a code that is chosen by the guest.

Further instructions are found on the door of the safe.

PLEASE NOTE we cannot be held responsible for items not placed in your safe.

For your safety there is an extensive CCTV system, a fire alarm system and high level of employee training and awareness in operation throughout the property.

Should you observe anything suspicious, please contact reception immediately via 1111.

There are sockets for shavers located in each bathroom. Volts 115/220.

For your convenience we have several toiletries available at our Grab&Go shop. Please contact reception for more information via 1111.

Your Stay

We do not serve breakfast.

Please place the ‘Privacy Please’ sign of the outside of your door to avoid being disturbed.

In every room there a pricelist provided with a washing bag. This bag can be left at reception, available Monday to Friday. Additional charges apply.

Our gym is open from 05:00 A.M. until 23:00 P.M.

A hairdryer is available in your room. This is in the drawer.

The heating in the room is controlled by the wall mounted heater. Please turn the thermostat to the required temperature.

Please insert your keycard into the energy saver box inside your bedroom to activate your electricity. We do not put the room number on the cards due to security reasons. Please return your card to reception upon departure.

Our laundry rooms have a washing machine and dryer that you can use for free. In addition, you can make free use of detergent.

If you require assistance with your luggage, please contact reception via 1111.
Luggage can be held at the secured luggage room. Whilst every care is taken with your luggage, no liability can be accepted for loss or damage.

There is manager on duty during office hours. Please contact reception should you require assistance.

Any messages received on your behalf will be delivered to your room.

Pets are welcome in our suites for all extended stay guests (excess of 28 consecutive nights). Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places. Costs and additional information can be found on our pet friendly page.

Copying is available on request through reception. Please send an email to info@premiersuitesrotterdam.com for assistance. 

Postage and courier services are not available through reception. However, stamps are available at reception.

Please place the floor number in front of the room number you wish to connect to, for example, for room 204 dial 1204.

We do not offer any room service at PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms and in the lobby.

Please contact reception on 1111 if you wish to receive a wake-up call.

Neighbourhood

For all banking services the ING Bank is located 10 minutes away by foot on Stadhuisplein 6.

The bank is open from 9:00 A.M. until 18:00 P.M. Monday – Friday.

On Saturday the bank is open from 09:30 A.M. until 16:00 P.M.

The central station bus service on Conradstraat is located 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Newspapers can be purchased at Tabac & Gifts. This shop is located at Weena 691 across the street.

Please talk to reception for assistance to locate the nearest religious places of worship.

At PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam we do not have a restaurant.

For delivery, you can order via www.thuisbezorgd.nl or www.ubereats.com.
