Eclectic Games
A family-owned, independent, specialist retailer, with a commitment to stocking and selling the best games, matching the right games to each individual customer, and sharing the joy and fun that playing together brings.
Internationally recognised, and was Reading’s Retailer of the Year, the retailer offers a large (2000+ titles) collection of games that are available to be played at the shop, at regular games evenings or weekend events. Regular events hosted for many popular games throughout the week.
7 Flowers
An independently run florist and tea room, offering a unique experience to handpick and design your own personalised bouquets, boxes and gifts. A wonderful choice of quality flowers with beautiful presentation and attention to detail, making each arrangement perfect for any occasion.
Pop into store and share a pot of speciality tea and a scrummy cake, while taking in the tranquil atmosphere and fresh floral aroma. The menu changes every few weeks, including delicious vegetarian and vegan options.
Double-Barrelled
Double-Barrelled are a modern, independent brewery based just off the Oxford Road in Reading.
Brewing up to 1.3m pints a year in their brewery with an on-site taproom.
Small batch beers are a speciality, brewed and packaged by a passionate team with an unwavering dedication to quality and love for great beer.
Street food available on Friday evening and Saturday along with special events including comedy, quizzes, a running club, independent market and music.
Terry Walks
Enjoy guided walks around Reading.
This is a fun and interactive way to find out about the town. There are 16 themed walks to choose from, so there is something for all the family.
Terry has raised over £11,600 so far, mostly for local charities in the 5 years since he started. He has taken out around 2,200+ people. with a mix of local residents and visitors to the town.

As a family business, they’ve been serving the needs of their customers for 75 years, with a reputation for quality, reliability and customer service as well as innovation.
Specialising in a hand picked range of diamond, precious and coloured gemstone jewellery, they’re the only jewellers in Reading to have an onsite workshop, a full-time in house independent jewellery designer and all the services you’d need to own and enjoy jewellery.
