Procedure

• We recommend guests complete an online order as soon as possible to secure a grocery delivery for their arrival date in Bristol. Please advise us of a planned delivery so the team are aware and can provide assistance during delivery.
• Supermarkets:
  • Tesco have grocery stores across the city many offering home delivery Tesco, Eastville is our local store delivering to PREMIER SUITES.
  • Another option would be to download the delivery app Buymie who partner with grocery stores such as Lidl to provide a grocery delivery service, this app has received positive feedback from many of our guests.
• Deliveries are facing high demand at present, so we recommend you pre-book your delivery to the property address as listed below. At present delivery slots can be booked for up to 2 weeks in advance.
• If possible, book a delivery slot that falls after your planned arrival/check-in at the apartment. The delivery service will leave your groceries at your front door for you to bring inside your apartment.
• If a delivery slot after your arrival is not possible, our team will accept the delivery and pop your groceries into your apartment (with cold items in the fridge/freezer as needed) awaiting your arrival.
•  We understand that grocery delivery is experiencing high demand at present so we offer some further options to assist you as follows:
  • If a delivery time is not available for your day of arrival, our team can assist with a Click & Collect option at a local supermarket during reception hours (see the list of local supermarkets below).
  • Complete your order online at one of the local supermarkets and select “Click & Collect” as the delivery option. We request 72 hours notice for arranging this option to ensure we have staff available to make this collection.
• Local supermarkets close to PREMIER SUITES Bristol are:
  • Tesco Superstore, Eastville.
  • Sainsburys, Black Castle.
  • Asda, Bedminister.
• Takeaway delivery sites such as JustEat and Deliveroo offer food for delivery from a large variety of independent restaurants across a range cuisines in the local area. This is a great option for hungry & tired travellers looking for some comfort food.
