We can arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room, providing we have at least 48hours notice of your requirements.

A weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights or more.

Limited luggage storage is available, let us know your requirements.

Any major supermarket will deliver to our apartments. Let our team know if you need assistance with this.

Adaptors and charging leads can be purchased from Reception, along with headphones.

No, however we will be delighted to direct you to the closest currency bureau and help you find the current exchange rates online.

Yes, we can print these for you for a small fee.

Check-out usually is before 11am, please contact reception if you have a delayed flight and need to extend your stay.

Yes you may, it is advised to make the booking in the guest name.

A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and can be paid in a number of ways: preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card. We can accept a cash payment and return this on departure following a room inspection.

We can accommodate up to 4 adults in a two bedroomed apartment.

Cancellations and Amendments

Amendments can be made via the website if this is how you made the booking or if you made it direct with the property then it can be amended direct with the property.

You will need to log on to your booking platform and cancel the reservation directly.

A no-show will be charged for the first night.

Utilita Arena and St James Park are less than a ten minute walk away and the O2 academy is a minutes’ walk.

Eldon Square and surrounding shopping is a few minutes’ walk and the Metro Centre is ten minutes on the bus or a few minutes in the car.

Airport Accessibility

Newcastle International Airport.

18 minutes driving, and 40 minutes by Metro. The distance is approximately 6/7 miles.

Exit the roundabout onto A696. At Kenton bar take 3rd exit onto A167. Stay on Ponteland Road. Take 2nd exit, stay on A167 through to the A189. Exit towards City West/A1M. Turn right onto Gallowgate/St James’ Blvd, turn left onto Westmorland Road A186, turn next left onto Waterloo Street. We are at the top of the street. Please use postcode NE1 4DJ.
