Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will be sent Contactless Check-in Instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES Car park gate code, the building main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.
Guests can check-in anytime from 3pm onwards. It is best to notify reception of your estimated arrival time and ensure you receive the arrival instructions prior to arrival by email.
Please contact reception of any early arrival requests so we can try our best to accommodate – this will be subject to availability.
We kindly ask guests to check-out before 11am on the day of departure.
Yes, subject to availability and upon request basis only.
Additional charges apply. Late check out at 1pm is charged £15 or at 4pm £30.
Due to the current pandemic, this facility is temporarily unavailable.
Weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights plus.

No, however inside every apartment there is a washer/dryer. Reception can also arrange a dry cleaning and laundry service with an external local company. Please allow 24hrs advance notice for this service. Additional charges will apply.
We offer a Grab & Go Shop, situated in reception.
Grocery delivery is available to our apartments. Visit our grocery delivery page for information on how to arrange this service.
No gym facilities onsite, however we take wellbeing seriously! Discover PS Life for our wellbeing, exercise and healthy recipes.
Apartments provide extra floor space for guests to be able to exercise with privacy. Running maps are also available.
Yes, we can provide guests with an adaptor upon request basis, please advise reception prior to arrival if this is required so we can arrange this for you.
No, however we will be delighted to direct you to the closest currency bureau and help you find the current exchange rates online.
Yes, our friendly reception staff can assist with printing boarding passes.

Choice of either our 1 or 2 Bedroom apartments available.
Yes, we are pet friendly , for stays of 28 consecutive nights or more. A pet policy applies along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
Yes, there is a lift within the main lobby which provides access to every floor and our secure underground car park.
In our Penthouse Apartments only, however all apartments have fans provided within the storage cupboard for guests.
Yes, vouchers are available to purchase here.
No smoking permitted within the building or within apartments.
Parking is subject to availability. Spaces are limited, so best to reserve in advance. Parking spaces are chargeable at £15 per night per space. (Car registration details must be provided to reception prior to arrival). Please note height restriction of 1.9m applies.
External options only available. For example Enterprise rent a car - Charges apply.
Our car park is located directly beneath the apartment building, please call to reception upon arrival and you will be issued with the directions and codes for access.
Yes. hand wash and shower gel dispensers are in our guest bathrooms.
All apartments offer:

We have a bath with overhead shower in all 1 bedroom apartments. In 2 bedroom apartments, the second bathroom has a walk in shower.
Let the team know, as they record lost property items. If found then you can arrange collection or we can arrange to send the item/s back to you.
Kitchens all have a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery provided.
Following the completion of a risk assessment, advice from our 3rd Party H&S advisors and insurers we have taken the decision not to allow our guests access to balconies.

No, no additional booking fees are applied when you book direct by phone or our website.

Yes, booking direct offers a safe and hassle-free booking experience.
It is best to contact the property directly to discuss group requirements. If 5 or more apartments are required, then group terms and conditions will apply.

VAT Invoices are available upon the departure date, please add a comment to the reservation or contact the team with this request via email to [email protected] please provide us with the guest name, date of arrival in order to request a VAT invoice.
Yes, however it is always best to create the reservation using the guest name.
Yes – a minimum of 18 years plus.
£250 pre-authorisation fee per apartment.
A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and the preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a preauthorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card. We do not accept cash payments. If everything is fine upon departure following a room inspection we will release the deposit which can take between 3 – 5 working days to process.
Not to worry, this is fine as we will still have your reservation under the guest name.
1 bedroom apartments can sleep either 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 1 child. The 2 bedroom apartments can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Cancellations and Amendments

We know that plans can change. Your reservation confirmation email will provide full details of the cancellation policies that apply to your booking.
If your booking meets the criteria for free cancellation, you can cancel your reservation by clicking the CANCEL button on your email confirmation.
Please note, if you have booked a prepaid or advance purchase rate, cancellations, refunds or changes to travel dates are not permitted.

Yes, in some of our two bedroom apartments, we can offer twin beds in the second bedroom on request.
No, we do not offer a babysitting service.

Walking Directions from Lime Street Train Station - Exit Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station from the main entrance and follow the road straight ahead which runs alongside St Georges Hall. At the traffic lights cross over Victoria St and turn right onto Dale St. You will see a pedestrian crossing on Dales St, cross here and take a right where you will shortly see Hatton Garden on your left hand side. The entrance to PREMIER SUITES is half way up on your left hand side, you will see a yellow bus stop directly outside.
The M&S Bank Arena and Liverpool Exhibition Centre are approx. a 15 minute walk away and you will find Liverpool Empire Theatre on foot in just 10 minutes. Aintree racecourse can be accessed by train in under 15 minutes and from the apartments to Anfield Stadium by car it is only a 15 minute drive, 6 miles distance.
Liverpool is a great place for shopping! Liverpool One shopping centre is a 5 minute walk from the apartments and provides everything you could need from a shopping perspective.
From The Royal Albert Dock with its many restaurants, cafes and independent shops to the world famous TWO Cathedrals, music lovers flock to Matthew St for a bit of Beatles mania and of course there’s the football! For the nature lovers out there, you can find Chester Zoo and Knowlsey Safari park within a 30 minute drive. Liverpool is rich with culture and has many secrets hidden away… for a small City there sure is plenty to keep you occupied, in fact, you may need to extend your stay or book your next trip before you have even checked out!

Liverpool is very well catered for in the way of attractions from sporting offering such as Aintree racecourse and Liverpool & Everton football clubs. For Beatles fans you will be able to explore the famous Matthew St where you will find The Cavern Club and why not visit The Beatles Story (museum) or take to the road on The Magical Mystery Tour. The Ferry ‘cross the Mersey is ever popular (you don’t have to sing but it’s fun if you fancy it) and near there you’ll find the Liverpool Tate and the Liverpool museum which offers a great interactive experience for the children whilst learning about the history of our City. If you’ve a head for heights you can take the lift to the top of the Royal Liver Building where you’ll be treated to a 360 degree view of the City but if you just want to dance you’ll find the British Music Experience down on the ground floor, a must for music lovers of any age.
Liverpool is spoilt for choice with great restaurants with many within a couple of minutes’ walk from the apartments. We have secured discounts in many local restaurants – please ask reception for details of where and how to take advantage of the savings.
Liverpool boasts not just one but two amazing Cathedrals both offering free entry and whilst you find yourself in the Georgian Quarter of the City, you can stop and take a tour of the underground Mersey Tunnels where you will learn all about what went on underground back in the day. If you prefer to keep your head above ground, you’ll be spoilt for choice with The Bluecoat, a 300 year old Grade 1 listed building which offers art, literature, music and family programmes all year round. The Maritime Museum and Uboat story are great for kids of all ages as is the great hall and child friendly grounds at the National Trust site Speke Hall.

Follow signs for City Centre then follow to Kingsway tunnel. At the roundabout to the tunnel entrance take the exit signposted Dale St and stay in the right hand lane which will bring you onto Hatton Garden.
