The closest ATM machine can be found within the Cabot Circus shopping mall, adjacent to our apartments.
Airport
Bristol International Airport is 8 miles away. The Airport Flyer Bus stops at Temple Meads Train Station. TAXIS If you require a taxi, our operations team would be happy to call one on your behalf or provide a local taxi phone number

Before You Go
We do request that your apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition. Should we deem this not to be the case then a minimum charge of £50.00 will be made to the card used on your reservation.

Check In / Check Out
Check in is from 3.00pm onwards and check out is by 11.00am.
A late checkout can be arranged, subject to availability and additional charges. Please ask at reception for availability.

Electricity
To resolve loss of power, the fuse box is located in the utility cupboard in the hallway. Ensure all switches are pointing in the same direction. Please contact our operations team if not resolved so we can investigate.

Fire
Please familiarise yourself with the fire safety instructions located on the back of the apartment door. A fire blanket is provided in the kitchen. If you are unclear, please speak with a member of the team.

Hairdryer
Located in the bedside cabinet.
Heating
The thermostat on the wall within the lounge area controls the temperature of the radiators throughout the apartment. Instructions are located above the panel.
Housekeeping
Apartments are cleaned weekly for stays over 7 nights. If you would like a no touch cleaning service or require additional cleaning please ask reception for more information (charges may apply).

Iron and Ironing Board
The iron and ironing board is located in the utility store in the hallway.

Maintenance
Should you experience any maintenance issues within your apartment then please report these to reception or you can complete the maintenance card in your apartment and leave on the outside of your apartment door by 12.00 noon. Rubbish Disposal
Each apartment is provided with a remove my rubbish hanger. Place this on the outside of your door before 12 midday and the housekeeping department will remove this.

Safe
Electronic safe located in the wardrobe.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted. All of our apartments are non-smoking, it is an offence to smoke anywhere within the premises. A minimum charge of £150.00 will be levied for not adhering to these conditions.

Towels
There is one set of towels in each bathroom additional sets can be obtained by calling reception who will arrange for housekeeping to deliver a second set as soon as possible.

The closest station is Bristol Temple Meads, which is just a 25-minute walk from our apartments.

Washing Machine
Located in the utility store in the hallway.
WI-FI
Each apartment has its own router and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Username: includes your apartment number, as written on your key and the building names. E.g.: Apartment 1 in Quakers House will be shown as 401 Quakers.
Password: Premiercabot2015 This can be used for any number of devices.
