Guided meditation is very easy to follow; all you need is a comfortable bed or chair and a little peace and quiet. Our meditation videos are less than 10-minutes long, require no experience or equipment and can be completed in your own time and at your own pace. Guided meditation takes a little practise so if it doesn’t help the first time, try again later.
