PREMIER SUITES offer a wonderful alternative to traditional hotel accommodation. Guests can maintain the independence they enjoy at home in the spacious surroundings of their own living quarters. Our accommodation is perfectly suited for relocations, medium to long term business contract, families and leisure breaks.

PREMIER SUITES properties are located in hand-picked cities throughout Ireland, United Kingdom, Belgium and The Netherlands. All locations can be found here.

Serviced apartments offer a fully furnished rental option, which includes a range of home-like amenities with hotel-like services. Compared to a hotel room, serviced apartments offer more space and facilities and are designed to act as a home away from home.

 

Everything you may need to settle-in upon arrival is at hand. Discover a comfortable living/dining space, a fully equipped kitchen to make a home cooked meal, laundry facilities and comfortable bedroom(s) for a restful night’s sleep.

 

The rate we quote is inclusive of all utilities, a weekly housekeeping service (including a weekly change of fresh bed linen and towels) internet access and basic TV package.

Your apartment is available for check-in from 3pm, check-out time is before 11am on the day of departure.


If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us. Subject to availability, additional charges may apply.

Simply let our team know and we will arrange on out of hours check-in service. If you are unexpectedly delayed en-route, please call the property and we can make necessary arrangements.

Our apartments are located in central locations, with a host of amenities, facilities and public transport links on your doorstep – visit the ‘neighbourhood’ page of your property to explore your surroundings. Both prior to, and during your stay, our team will be there to help you find your way in a city that you will soon call home.

Apartments come with fully fitted kitchen, living room, bedroom(s) and en suite bathroom(s). While staying with us, guests can also use laundry facilities, restaurant and grocery delivery, weekly housekeeping, flat screen TV, luggage storage and guest elevator.

All PREMIER SUITES locations include bed linen, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, in-room safe, cots. For any special requests, please let us know in advance of arrival.

Our kitchens include pots, pens, crockery, cutlery, glassware, hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave. Selected locations offer a dishwasher.

No, our apartments offer great flexibility to work around your needs. With no minimum or maximum length of stay and no contracts - the choice is yours. Choose to stay for one night or a year, and anywhere in between - you’re always welcome.

Our apartments range from studios, one-bed apartments, two-bed apartments, three-bedroom apartments or penthouses. 

The number of guests per apartment depends on the apartment type selected. Visit the 'Your Stay' page from each of our locations to view our serviced apartment selection and how many people can be accommodated in each apartment type.

Additional roll-away beds may be available in our locations, please ask our team when making your reservation. Additional beds are subject to availability, additional costs and age restrictions.

Rates quoted vary by date and by the number of occupying guests. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation directly with the property. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation.

A weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights or more. Our housekeeping service included in the cost of your accommodation. Additional servicing of the apartment is available upon request, subject to additional charges.

When staying in our Irish, Belgian and Dutch properties, payment must be made in Euro. For United Kingdom properties, payments should be made in Sterling. We accept all major credit cards.

A housekeeping service is included for guests staying for a period of 7 days or more, and then on a subsequent weekly basis. If you require additional linen during your stay, please let front desk know.

Yes, if you are arriving early and your suit is not yet prepared, or you have a late flight we can store your luggage while you explore the city. For returning guests, we can store luggage and non-perishable goods for your return visit.

Our apartment are self-catering, allowing guests the freedom to cook and dine in the privacy of their own apartment. Grocery delivery is available, ensuring you ave a fully-stocked fridge for your stay. Talk to our team to arrange this service.

Our apartments offer great flexibility, and we are often able to extend guest stays. We recommend you contact us as soon as possible if so that we can arrange to have your booking extended. It is not always possible to extend your stay, but we will do our best to accommodate you. You will be notified of additional charges when your extension is confirmed.

There’s no need to bring your hairdryer, this is provided for your convenience.

Yes, towels and bed linen will be in your apartment upon arrival.

 

For stays longer than 7 consecutive nights, the weekly housekeeping service will refresh your towels and bed linen for your comfort and convenience.
