We are open for all your needs in the followng hours:

Monday / Friday 9am - 5pm.

Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday 9am - 5pm.

Saturday 10am - 2pm.

Sundays / Bank Holidays – 11am - 2pm.

I am arriving outside these hours – how can I check-in at PREMIER SUITES Birmingham?

Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Guests will be sent contactless check-in instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES car park gate code, the building main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.

How can I arrange grocery delivery to PREMIER SUITES Birmingham?

We recommend Tesco delivery service – guests can place an order online with Tesco and have food delivered. (Delivery time must be from 15h00 before 17h00 to suit reception opening hours so we can help direct the delivery driver to the apartment. Please advise our staff with notice of any delivery arranged).
