Antwerp – local area and attractions
Antwerp is famous for many things, being one of Europe’s largest ports, the glittering Diamond District around the corner from our hotel, its sense of fashion, the beautiful art and architecture of the city. This is just to name a few as our charming city has an incredibly rich history. For hundreds of years royalty, artists, diamond dealers and fashion icons have come to Antwerp to experience the unique blend of style and commerce that has shaped this city.
By staying with us at the PREMIER SUITES PLUS Antwerp you are within walking distance of all Antwerp’s most famous tourist’s attractions and business districts, such as the Diamond District, the Stadspark and the former home of Peter Paul Rubens. Antwerp has a superb choice of both traditional and international cuisine that can be found at the many restaurants and cafés that line the streets of our city, all within walking distance.
Everything in Antwerp is within walking or cycling distance of each other and we also have an excellent public transport system which means you are never too far from anything.
Ask at reception for advice on how to get to and experience all of Antwerp’s favorite tourist sites.

Our breakfast buffet is served daily at 7th Heaven Food Café
Monday until Sunday: 07.00 am until 11.00 am
22 € per adult, Children 0-5 years free of charge , 6-12 years 10 € per child.
Choose from a wide selection of pastries, bread rolls, cold cuts, donuts, pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon, yoghurt, fruit, a sweet corner, cereal corner, juices and coffee or tea .
Kosher Breakfast and Vegan Breakfast are available at an extra charge, however this should be booked in advance.

Café – 7th heaven Food Café and Shop
On our Penthouse floor you will find our Food Café where you can enjoy all day dining or just relax with a cup of coffee. If it’s sunny, you can relax on our rooftop terrace. Open from 8.00 am until 11.00 PM. Our shop is available 24/7.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room 11.00 am.
Should you require a late check-out, please request this at the reception.

Fire
For your own safety please read the fire instructions on your door carefully. You will find break-glass points and fire extinguishers on every floor. All floors have fire exits.
Do not use elevators is case of fire.

Our fitness room is located on the first floor. Complimentary towels and drinks available from 7.00 am until 10.00 pm. Use your key card to open the door.

We operate a weekly cleaning service.
If you require fresh towels and toiletries, please contact our Reception team before noon. Please use the door hanger “Remove my rubbish” to have your rubbish removed. Hang it at your door before 8.00 am

Laundry/Dry Cleaning Service
Available from Monday until Friday, except for bank holidays. Everything you hand in at the reception before 08h30 am, will be returned the same day after 05h00 pm.

Working Manuals
Kitchen – Induction hob manual
Attention:
Grains of sand may cause scratches which cannot be removed. Only put pans with a clean base on the cooking surface and always pick pans up to move them.
Induction cooking is fast. You will be surprised by the speed of induction cooking. It is best not to leave pans unattended to avoid them boiling over or boiling dry.
The hob will only operate when you use pans that are suitable for induction cooking. The display will keep on blinking and the cooking zone will remain cold.
After use the cooking zone will remain warm for a short period of time. This is indicated with a ‘H’ in the display.
Operation
Switch on
- Place a pan in the middle of a cooking zone
- Press the child lock button (nr. 3)
- Press the on/off button of the cooking zone concerned.
- A flashing ‘-‘ sign appears in the display and you will hear a single beep. If no further action is taken, the cooking zone will automatically switch off after a few seconds.
- Press the + / – of << / >> to select the desired setting (nr. 7,8,9,10)
- The cooking zone starts automatically in the level that has been set (when a pan is detected!)
- With the + or – button you can raise or reduce the power setting step by step. By pressing << or >> button, you can raise or reduce the power setting quickly.
Switching off one cooking zone
Press the on/off button of the cooking zone you want to switch off.
Switching off all cooking zones
Press the child lock button (nr. 3) to switch off all the cooking zones at the same time.
The induction hob is now in Eco stand-by modus (red lamp burns and slowly goes on/off.
Child lock
Switching on the child lock: Press the child lock button (nr. 3) for 2 seconds.
The red light is constantly on.
Switching off the child lock: Press the button again for 2 seconds to get the hob of the childproof lock. The red light next to the child lock button is out.
Pause mode
You can set the entire hob to ‘pause’ for 5 minutes during cooking. In this way you can leave or clean the hob in a safe way during a short period of time, without losing settings.
Press the pause button once (nr. 1) – The red light flashes
All cooking zones are automatically changed to a lower setting.
If you press the pause button again within 5 minutes (nr. 1) the paused cooking process will be resumed.
If you do not undertake any further action within 5 minutes all zones will switch off automatically.
Timer/ Kitchen timer
Press the timer/alarm clock button of the cooking zone once (nr. 12)
Press the + / – button to switch from the timer function to the kitchen timer function. After that, you can set the desired cooking time with the + button. Then you can change the set time with the – button.
Press the timer/alarm clock button (nr. 12) again to switch it off.
Cleaning
Wait till all cooking zones are cooled down
Set the child lock before you start cleaning the hob.
Use a damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent (detergent) and dry with kitchen paper or a dry tea cloth.
Never use abrasives, they leave scratches. Don’t use steel wool or scourers!
