Known as the ‘Oscars of the industry’, the awards celebrate the serviced apartment, aparthotel, extended stay and short term rental industries.

With winners announced on May 23rd 2024, we are delighted to share our shortlisted team members and properties below:

Rising Star – Eliza Komarova, PREMIER SUITES Dublin

Positive, guest-orientated, driven, reliable, dedicated, team player – a small insight into what our team says about Eliza.

In April 2023, Eliza was promoted to Corporate Reservations Supervisor, based on her enthusiasm to learn, take on responsibility and ability to multitask in a busy diverse role, aided by recently graduating with a Master’s Degree in Meeting and Event Planning.

A typical day would see Eliza working at our Dublin Leeson Street property, managing the main phone lines and email accounts for three properties in addition to day-to-day reception duties. It is a busy, steady, detailed administrative role. Inquiry turnaround time is limited, so time management is key part to the role.

In addition, Eliza regularly assists with mentoring junior team members, staff rotations, PS Social events, A Friendly Face in a New Space, is our social media champion, supports the sales team, promotes cross-selling, and goes above and beyond for the guest experience.

Eliza is an excellent team member – she is quick to learn, blends very well with the full team, guests love her, she is an extremely reliable and focused person – ensuring the guest is always number one. She has never let us down and has made her role her own.

Reviewing our numbers for directly booked reservations, occupancy, and client feedback – it’s clear to see that our Sales Team are award-winning, with several initiatives in place to ensure that guests experience a pleasant and swift booking process.

Exceptional customer reviews and testimonials are a given for the Sales Team.

Through ongoing training and culture builders, the Sales Team actively prioritise our culture to motivate, develop and inspire their teams. True team players, the team always encourage team building – from employee of the month, team building days, mentoring, and ongoing staff training days – encouraging teams to not only find, but also to rely on, other team members strengths – to work as one.

No day is ever the same for our Sales Team, working hard to increase sales while juggling sales incentives, show rounds, conferences, tradeshows, training days, sales blitzes, open days, sustainability initiatives, participating in multiple local charitable events and client and booker events – it really is a role of many hats.
