Annual charity event
Now in its second year, the annual PREM Group Charity Event raises funds for a charity we hold close to our hearts – Beyond the Moon.
Spanning two weeks, our properties across Ireland, the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands came together to host a wide range of local fundraising activities.
So far in 2025, we’re delighted that our Charity Event together with the Charity Golf Day have raised over €34,400 which goes directly to the impactful work of Beyond the Moon who will support families with a sick child.
Combined with all funds raised by PREM Group, since the start of our collaboration with Beyond the Moon in 2006, our total fundraising efforts now amount to €346,010 – enough to send 80 seriously ill children and their families on the holiday of a lifetime. To say we are thrilled with the funds raised for our nominated charity Beyond the Moon would be an understatement.

ASAP Recognition Awards
We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Shawna O’Mara, our Front Office Supervisor at PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam, on winning the ASAP – The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers ‘Newcomer of the Year’ recognitions.
Since joining us in April 2024, Shawna has brought unmatched warmth, leadership, and innovation to our team. Her fresh ideas, structured processes, and “Oracle Oracle” reputation have elevated our operations across all properties.
Shawna’s people-first approach has built a resilient, motivated team and created memorable moments for guests, reflected in rising review scores and countless positive mentions. From mentoring colleagues to turning challenges into opportunities, her dedication shines every day.

We were delighted to be nominated for Best Partner ESG Initiative award – recognising those who consistently demonstrate a commitment to advancing corporate responsibility within the serviced apartment industry.

Our UK and Irish teams attended the annual PREM Ovation Awards, bringing colleagues together for a day dedicated to recognising the commitment, achievements, and exceptional spirit of our teams – with a lively celebration and a delicious lunch to mark the occasion.

The Leisure & Tourism Award
PREMIER SUITES Reading was shortlisted for ‘The Leisure & Tourism Award’ at The Great British Expo Thames Valley Business & Community Awards.
Shortlisted for demonstrating exceptional commitment to providing an outstanding experience for visitors, tourists and business travellers to Thames Valley, along with contributions to the local community.
Carbon calculators launched for all locations
This year, each of our properties completed a carbon calculator assessment to review the carbon footprint made from each of our apartments.
Enabling our guests to see the impact that their stay has on the environment and allowing them to make more informed decisions. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we invite our guests to be part of our journey toward a greener future.
The international carbon footprint benchmark for serviced apartments currently stands at 14.34 kg of CO2-e per guest night. We are delighted that each of our properties emit less than the benchmark.
BREEAM In-Use ‘Excellent’ rating
In February 2025, PREMIER SUITES Edinburgh Fountain Court proudly announced the achievement of BREEAM In-Use certification, a globally recognised standard for sustainable building performance.
This certification reflects the property’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact while enhancing guest comfort and experience.
Only around 10% of refurbished buildings in the United Kingdom achieve an ‘Excellent’ rating, making this accreditation a significant achievement.
Liverpool Hospitality People Awards
Liverpool Hospitality Association People Awards celebrate the talented individuals at the heart of Liverpool’s lively hospitality and retail industry, shining a spotlight on the brightest stars of the hospitality and retail community and honour some outstanding individuals who demonstrate passion, dedication, and commitment.
We’re incredibly proud that PREMIER SUITES Liverpool was shortlisted in the Front of House category and won the Unsung Hero category.
