We have worked with Personal Trainer Ronan Mee to create a comprehensive health, exercise and wellness programme for use by all of our guests free of charge. Within PREMIER SUITES Life you will find the best running routes in your local area, exercise videos and information cards so you can exercise in your home from home and recipe and nutritional information so you and explore and experiment in your fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also find some excellent guided meditation sessions to try and our PS Social groups can help you meet and mingle with other guests.

Running Maps for Glasgow
We have collaborated with local runners and jogging enthusiasts in all of our PREMIER SUITES locations to bring you personalised jogging maps for each area. We are spoiled for choice in Glasgow with plenty of safe roads and public parks to enjoy your jog. Some of the best jogging routes in Glasgow start right on our doorstep. Choose either the Red or the Blue route, depending how much you want to run. The red route is approximately 3 miles and the longer, more scenic blue route which takes you partway along the river is between 2-5 miles depending how long you’re planning to be out. There are also plenty of local parks if you’d prefer to enjoy some natural scenery instead. You’ll also find pubs, cafes, coffee shops & places to stop to use the bathroom dotted along the way.
To access our running maps, simply navigate to our running maps web page and select the city you’re in. Then scan the QR code for the specific route you have chosen using your mobile phone. It couldn’t be easier! Yoga mats are available to purchase from reception if you need them to stretch and cool down before and after your run. If you find a local hidden gem or a new route we haven’t thought of, please let our friendly reception team know so we can update our maps and share your find with other guests.
