Brrrrr Bristol this Autumn!

Bristol is undoubtedly a fantastic and unique city where you have the country, seaside and city right on your doorstep!

As the days begin to shorten, the nights lengthen and the cool autumn breeze arrives, the Premier Apartments – Bristol team highlight their favourite places around the city this autumn.

Sales Manager – Arina Salhotra

My favourite place in the city has to be the iconic – Clifton Suspension Bridge, designed by Isambard Kingdon Brunel and spans across the Avon Gorge. Best views of the Bridge can be seen from the White Lion restaurant and bar or if you want to brave the weather there is a viewing point but I personally think the best view is from the Observatory. As the nights draw in this time of the year the Bridges iconic structure glows the city night sky!

Receptionist – Julie Hazzard

In the centre of Bristol, I do enjoy a good shop at Bristol’s latest shopping and leisure centre. Cabot Circus is Bristol’s renowned shopping area providing shoppers with over 120 shops including 15 major flagship stores! After perusing through the designer and high street stores, I do like to either grab a bite to eat in Quakers Friar where you can either sit outside (with heaters!) or inside or watch a Hollywood blockbuster at the Cinema De Lux

Operations Executive – Anna King

The thing that sets Bristol apart from all other cities is its historical harbour side, I love walking around the water and admiring all the docked boats. The impressive SS Great Britain is a must see, I would also suggest a visit to the M shed Museum where you can become acquainted with Bristol’s history. Why not feel like a local and jump on the Bristol Ferry (a taxi service across the harbourside!) It’s definitely an easy way to travel and to see some impressive views!

Receptionist – Emily Page

Bristol really does have it all from independent stores and restaurants on Gloucester Road to quirky and trendy shops on Park Street. However if you’re visiting Bristol, I would strongly recommend that you take a visit to Clifton Village. There is something quiet magical about the area, especially at this time of the year. Browse through the boutique stores, wander along Royal York Road and admire the Georgian Architecture and soak up the atmosphere in any one of the coffee shops you find. I would recommend eating at the Arch Deli House or Primrose Café or why not have a drink in the Hophouse Bar, The Mall Pub or the distinguished Coronation Tap – but watch out for the Exhibition cider, only served in half measures!
