BBC Comedy Festival 2024
The BBC Comedy Festival returns for a third consecutive year in May 2024 and Glasgow is delighted to have been selected as its host city. The coming year’s festival will follow a similar format as the festival that occurred this year, a series of talent-led talks, panels, screenings, a short film night and live comedy shows. It will be open to the public, as well as new and upcoming comics to perform, learn and discover more about this exciting genre of TV and the arts. We expect to see some of Glasgow’s finest venues for comedy and filming on our silver screens during the BBC Comedy Showcase but so far, details are scant.
