Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is only 14km away. A taxi will cost approx. €40.00. Other options is the train. It will take you direct to the terminal building and takes approx. 15 minutes. This can be taken from Station Amsterdam Zuid (across the street).

PREMIER SUITES PLUS Amsterdam has a shared parking garage under the hotel. The costs per day is €37,45. We have limited spaces, please check with the operations team for the availability.

Check-out time

Our check-out time is at 11 AM. Please contact our operations team if you wish to arrange a late check-out. (Subject to availability and charges may apply).

Cleaning

Your apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis if you stay longer than 7 nights. Please agree upon a fixed day of the week to have your apartment cleaned. If you need extra toiletries, towels or if we can assist you in any other way, please contact our reception team.

Do not disturb

Please place the do not disturb sign on the outside of your door to avoid being inconvenienced. Please be advised a do not disturb sign is valid for 24hrs only, please contact reception if you wish to keep this for longer.

Emergency

In case of an emergency, please note the emergency exits on either sides of the hallway. The emergency doors will open automatically when there is an alarm. Please familiarise yourself with the fire instructions located on the inside of your apartment front door.

A Hairdryer is available in your apartment. This is located in the drawer.

Key card and holder

Please insert your key card into the energy saver box inside your bedroom door to activate your electricity. We do not place the room number on the cards for security reasons. Please return your card to the front desk upon departure.

If you require assistance with your luggage, please contact front desk. Whilst every care is taken with your luggage, no liability can be accepted for any loss or damage.

Maintenance

To report a maintenance issue please complete the maintenance card and hang it on your front door. Alternatively call us on 1111.

Adventure park Fun Forest

On a beautiful day in Amsterdam, of course, you don’t want to be in a museum for the entire day. Then the Fun Forest climbing park is the ideal destination for a day out in Amsterdam with your family. The climbing park is just about 2 km from PREMIER SUITES PLUS Amsterdam at the beginning of the Amsterdam forest. The adventure park has 9 different trails from 4 meters to 15 meters high making it suitable for both young and old. Thirsty from all that climbing? No problem, there is a Boss Kitchen Kiosk where you can eat and drink something small on the cosy terrace.

Artis Zoo

The ZOO of Amsterdam is the oldest zoo of the Netherlands and has a history going back to 1838.The wildlife park contains over 900 different animal species. It is the perfect place for a family day out on a sunny day in Amsterdam.

Canal Tour

You cannot visit Amsterdam without taking a canal tour to explore the city. It is a relaxing way to discover everything that Amsterdam has to offer, without having to make any physical effort. There are lot of great operators who offer canal tours, but we would recommend taking a longer tour to make sure you get the best experience.

Non-Smoking/ Non-nitrous oxide

Our hotel is non-smoking and non-nitrous oxide. A violation of this is subject to a fine of €200, and we are obliged to remove you from the hotel.

There is a small shopping mall Gelderlandsplein 1.4 km away from us. The well-known Amsterdam shopping streets such as the 9 straatjes, P.C. hooftstraat, Dam square are also not far from us (not more than 6 km away). Contact the front desk for more information.

Sightseeing

We are located in the business district of Amsterdam. We are no less than 6 km from the city centre. The closest sights are het Vondelpark (2.6 km) Artis zoo (5.2 km) Rijksmuseum (3 km) Anne Frank house (4.9 km) Van Gogh museum (2.7 km).

Taxis

If you want to book a taxi, we are happy to help you. Request a taxi ride at the reception.

Train station

The nearest train station is Amsterdam Zuid. From this station you can take the train directly to Schiphol (intercity Schiphol). The metro also departs from this station. To visit the city center, you can take metro 52 towards Noord. There is also a Tram station in front of the hotel entrance. Use tram5 direction Jordaan to go into the city center.
