Content Requests

• Social Media Posts: Instagram and Facebook posts featuring you enjoying your stay. Please highlight key amenities, experiences, or special offers.
• Instagram Stories: Share behind-the-scenes glimpses of your stay through Instagram Stories, including tours of your room, or interactions with our team.
• Blog Article: If you have a travel blog or website, please write a blog article about your experience at the hotel, focusing on aspects such as accommodations, activities, and overall ambiance.
• Photography: High-quality photos of you enjoying different aspects of your stay, which can be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
• Engagement Metrics: Please provide analytics or engagement metrics for the content you create during your stay, such as reach, impressions, likes, comments, and shares.
• Content Schedule: Content should be posted while on the property and also reshared within one week of your stay with a link to our channels.
• Review Your Stay: Within 7 days of your stay, please write a review covering all aspects of your stay and send to us via email so we can share on our website and social media channels.

Hashtags/Social Media Accounts

Our social media accounts should be tagged in your posts, as well as using our brand hashtags.

Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to use your content for promotional purposes, including reposting on social media, featuring on our website, or using in marketing materials.
• We require any partnerships to be disclosed in accordance with relevant advertising regulations and guidelines, such as including #sponsored or #ad in your social media posts.
• When filming and creating content, please respect the privacy of other guests and staff, and compliance with any local laws or regulations.
• You agree to indemnify and hold PREMIER SUITES, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your stay at the property, including but not limited to any personal injury, property damage, or infringement of third-party rights caused by your actions, negligence, or breach of these terms and conditions. This indemnification shall apply to any claims or actions brought by third parties, including other guests, employees, or vendors as well as any claims arising from your content creation activities, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, videos, or photographs. You agree to promptly notify us of any such claims and to cooperate fully in the defense of any claims or actions covered by this indemnification provision. This indemnification provision shall survive the termination or expiration of the your stay.
