Our extended stay accommodations offer a home-like environment with flexible terms, ensuring your clients enjoy comfort and convenience for the duration of their stay. Below, you will find the key details regarding our cancellation policy and payment conditions to assist you in managing reservations with confidence.

Cancellation Policy

When plans may change

Cancellations can be made without any penalty according to the following guidelines:

1 – 6 nights: Cancel free of charge up to 4:00 PM, 1 day prior to arrival.

7 – 13 nights: Cancel free of charge up to 4:00 PM, 3 days prior to arrival.

14 – 89 nights: Cancel free of charge up to 4:00 PM, 7 days prior to arrival.

90 nights or more: Cancel free of charge up to 4:00 PM, 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note that equivalent cancellation periods apply for any changes to your booking after you have checked in.

Payment Conditions

To secure the reservation

Payment must be settled no later than 7 days prior to arrival and for stays exceeding one month, payment must be made monthly in advance.

The offered rate is valid for 5 days, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Please note that no option has currently been taken for your reservation.
