A few of our most commonly asked questions
Our reception is open from 9am to 5pm daily.
We will provide an out of hours check-in service for you. We contact all guests shortly after receiving your reservation to discuss arrival times and if necessary full details of our out of hours check-in will be provided before you begin your journey. If you are unexpectedly delayed, please call us and we can make necessary arrangements.
Your room is available for check-in from 3pm.
If you are arriving early, please advise in advance. Should you arrive early, and your apartment is unavailable we can store luggage for you while you explore the city.
Check out is before 11am on the day of departure.
Late check out is subject of availability and additional charges may apply. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange this for you.
No, we do not offer a wake-up call service.
Yes, subject to availability, you can upgrade from a one bedroom to a two bedroom suite – nightly supplements apply.
Yes, details of your requirements and advance notice is required.
Rooms are serviced once a week, generally between 9am-5pm. We will arrange a time that is suitable for you.
Yes, let us know your needs and we can store your luggage for your return visits.
All of our apartments have a washer/dryer for guest use.

Yes, we have someone available to help for any emergencies 24 hours a day.

We have an underground carpark which is accessed from Ballymoss Road.
Yes, we provide shower gel, shampoo and hand soap in the rooms. Additional items such as shower cap, dental care kits, shoe shines, mending kits and shaving kits are available on request from reception.
Included as standard in every room: Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, laptop safe and tea/coffee making facilities. All room types and facilities can be found here.
All of our one bed apartments have a shower over the bath. In the two bedroom apartments the ensuite also has a shower.

Our apartments include a kettle, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, a set of crockery and cutlery, glasses, full fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

We accept all major credit/debit cards for payments and request payment in advance of arrival. When paying by credit card, we require the cardholder to be present and have a valid photo ID available.

Yes, we will require the guests name for the booking and details of how payment will be made.
Yes, we only accept bookings from guests that are 18 years and over.
A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and can be paid in a number of ways: preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card.
Provide your name and telephone number on arrival and we will be able to locate your reservation.
If you receive a reservation confirmation from PREMIER SUITES your booking is guaranteed.
- One Bedroom Apartments can accommodate up to three people – an extra bed is needed for the third person, please request when making your reservation.
- Two Bedroom Apartments can accommodate up to five people – an extra bed is needed for the fifth person, please request when making your reservation.
Cancellations and Amendments
If you booked your stay directly with the property, please contact the property directly by phone or email. If you booked via a third-party agent or website, please contact that agent to cancel your stay.
- Short stays of 1 to 6 nights may be cancelled up to 4pm the day prior to arrival.
- Reservations for stays of over 7 nights must be cancelled by 4pm, 3 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation charge.
- Equivalent notice periods are required for changes to bookings after you have checked-in.
- In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival, your credit card will be charged for one nights accommodation for each room reserved.

We are located 9km from the City Centre.
There are a number of public transport options on the doorstep.
- The Luas (tram) line is the most convenient option if travelling from the city centre. Take the green line heading southbound and alight at the Stillorgan stop, we are only 2 minutes walk from this LUAS stop.
- If travelling by Dublin bus our nearest bus stop is located on the Carmanhall Road just a few minutes walk from the property. This stop is serviced by the 11, 46, 75A, 114 and 116 bus routes.
- The Aircoach from Dublin Airport also stops close by on the Blackthorn Avenue, just a 5minute walk to the property.
We are situated south of Dublin City so all of the city’s main venues are accessible by public transport.
In the local area you will find a selection of grocery shops, pharmacies, food markets and the Beacon Shopping Centre. Dundrum Town Centre, one of Europe’s largest shopping centres is only three stops on the LUAS.
We are within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and local amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and a post office. Our location on the south of the city means you can enjoy local sites to include Marley Park, and the coastal villages of Dalkey and Killiney beach.
