Day One

You can make a first stop and enjoy all the green of the city by sitting on one of the benches. Afterwards, continue your journey to the southern part of the city. You can find houses here with beautiful architecture and chill out on one of the beautiful terraces. Don’t forget to stop at the Museum of Fine Arts. Antwerp is of course on the water. Go to the Scheldt and cycle along the water to ‘Het Eilandje’. Here you can find the small marina of Antwerp. It is known to be the ‘hipster’ neighbourhood of the city. The hotspot for fun bars and funky restaurants. So be sure to find a nice place to enjoy culinary delights in the evening.
Day Two
Start your day with a delicious breakfast on our rooftop terrace. We recommend you get a hearty breakfast ahead of today’s busy schedule and coffee.
When visiting our gorgeous city you must enrich yourself with our culture. Antwerp has an array of museums where world famous artists exhibit their work. Located in the center of the city is the Rubens House. The now museum use to be the famous artist’ personal home. Here you can find the majority of Ruben’s collection as well as great works by his colleagues. Be inspired by this great master.
After your trip to Ruben’s House you can walk along the biggest shopping street of Antwerp towards the Cathedral of Our Lady. Walk along this street filled with treasure trove of sculptures, artworks and paintings. The interior accommodates several styles throughout history and it is an impressive building both inside and out. The locals of Antwerp are very proud of this building.
After the cultural part it is time for something more exciting. Antwerp is home to one of the oldest Zoo’s in the world. Behind the central station is a 150 year old Antwerp Zoo, an attraction you will never forget. The Zoo has both indoor and outdoor palaces that are homes to many (exotic) animals and also contains beautiful gardens. A pleasure for both young and old and a perfect ending to a day of culture.
