Irish Payment Terms

Payment is required one day prior to arrival. Payment should be completed by 12 pm on the day of arrival. Please note we are unable to accept Cash payment under any circumstances.

Reservations: Non Arrival Fee or Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations and amendments are permitted for individual reservations;

1 to 6 nights long may be cancelled up to 4 pm the day prior to arrival.

Reservations between 7 and 13 nights must be cancelled by 4 pm, 3 days prior to arrival

Reservations of stays of 14 nights or more must be cancelled by 4 pm, 3 days prior to arrival. Equivalent notice periods are required for changes to bookings after you have checked-in.

In the event of late cancellation or non-arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night’s accommodation for each room reserved.

Reservations: Advance Purchase & Prepaid Rates

For all Advance Purchase and Prepaid Rate reservations, the room rate for the full duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (e.g. champagne on arrival, meals, upgrades, treatments, golf, etc) is charged in full at time of reservation. If you cancel for any reason, modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.

Vouchers

This is a request for payment of a voucher you have purchased. Vouchers will not be issued until payment is received in full.
