Car Parking

PREMIER SUITES Glasgow have an arrangement with Q Park on Jamaica Street at £10 for 24 hours. Please collect your discount ticket at reception.

Check In / Check Out

Check in is from 3pm onwards. Check out is prior to 11am. Please contact reception on 0141 280 8300 or email us at [email protected] if you wish to arrange a later checkout (Subject to availability and charges may apply).

Dry Cleaning

Washing machines and combi dryers are provided in the kitchen or in the cupboard of each apartment. However, if you wish for additional laundry services this can be arranged at an additional costs. Price lists can be collected from reception.

Entry System

Reception provide guests with the entry code at check in. Keep this code with you when leaving your apartment. This code changes weekly every Monday

Electricity

To resolve loss of power the fuse box is located in the utility room in the corridor. Please ensure all switches are pointing in the same direction.

Extras

For any additional services such as cots, camp beds or clothes dryers and products such as laundry tablets, these are available on request.

Please familiarise yourself with our fire procedure safety instructions located on the inside of your apartment front door.

Hairdryer

One per apartment and is located in the bedside cabinet in the bedroom.

Heating

Make sure the dial is turned up or down depending on the temperature required.

Housekeeping

Our apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis if your booking is for more than 7 days. Extra cleaning services can be booked via reception and are chargeable. Please contact us for prices.

Rubbish Disposal

If you require your rubbish to be taken out of the apartment, please hang the sign requesting rubbish removal by midday and the housekeeping department will remove it during the day.

There are two train stations nearby The main station is Glasgow Central Station and this is located a 5 minute walk from our apartments. This station will take you all other UK destinations. Queen streets station is just 1 min walk across George Square 0345 711 4141

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is complimentary. Simply turn on the wireless function on your computer and go to your Internet browser. It will automatically pick up the Wi-Fi signal (Network is called PREMIER SUITES Glasgow).
