Personal Emergency Evacuation plan

Your safety is our priority

To help ensure the safety of all guests in the unlikely event of an emergency, we can assist in preparing a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP). A PEEP is an individual plan created for guests who may require additional assistance to leave the building quickly and safely during an evacuation. This could include guests with reduced mobility, hearing or visual impairments, or any other condition that may make self-evacuation difficult.

In the event of an emergency, all guests are expected to evacuate the building using the designated escape routes. Guests should be aware that neither the property nor emergency services are responsible for carrying out individual evacuations. If you are unable to evacuate the building independently in an emergency, assistance may not be available and evacuation cannot be guaranteed.

 Important Notice

Guests who may require a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan must declare this prior to their arrival so that appropriate arrangements can be considered. One of our friendly team members will be happy to keep a record of your needs.

Your safety matters to us, and we are committed to making sure all guests enjoy a secure and worry-free stay.
