Procedure

• We recommend guests complete an online order as soon as possible to secure a grocery delivery for their arrival date in Antwerp. Please advise us of a planned delivery so the team is aware and can provide assistance.
• Supermarkets: The 3 biggest supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Delhaize & Carrefour) all provide home delivery (please note that Albert Heijn does not take credit card payments)
• We recommend you to pre-book your delivery to the property address as listed below. If possible, book a delivery slot that falls after your planned arrival/check-in at the apartment. The delivery service will leave your groceries at your front door for you to bring inside your apartment.
• If a delivery slot after your arrival is not possible, our team will accept the delivery and pop your groceries into your apartment (with cold items in the fridge/freezer as needed) awaiting your arrival. The groceries must be prepaid, otherwise we are not able to accept it.
• Another option would be fast delivery. The most used delivery service is Gorillas. This delivery service promises delivery within 10 minutes.
• We understand that grocery delivery is experiencing high demand at present, so we offer some further options to assist you as follows:
• Local supermarkets close to PREMIER SUITES Antwerp are:
  • Lidl Frankrijklei 23-25.
  • Jumbo Teniersplaats 5.
  • Delhaize Koningin Astridplein 27 & Meir 78
• Takeaway delivery sites such as UberEats, Deliveroo, and Takeaway.com offer food for delivery from a selection of independent restaurants across a range of cuisines in the local area. So, this is a great option for peckish travelers looking for some comfort food.
