Procedure
- We recommend guests complete an online order as soon as possible to secure a grocery delivery for their arrival date in Antwerp. Please advise us of a planned delivery so the team is aware and can provide assistance.
- Supermarkets: The 3 biggest supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Delhaize & Carrefour) all provide home delivery (please note that Albert Heijn does not take credit card payments)
- We recommend you to pre-book your delivery to the property address as listed below. If possible, book a delivery slot that falls after your planned arrival/check-in at the apartment. The delivery service will leave your groceries at your front door for you to bring inside your apartment.
- If a delivery slot after your arrival is not possible, our team will accept the delivery and pop your groceries into your apartment (with cold items in the fridge/freezer as needed) awaiting your arrival. The groceries must be prepaid, otherwise we are not able to accept it.
- Another option would be fast delivery. The most used delivery service is Gorillas. This delivery service promises delivery within 10 minutes.
