Apartments are serviced once a week, for guests staying for 7 nights or more. Generally, apartments are serviced between 8am-4pm. We will arrange a time that is suitable for you.

The property has a laundry room onsite for guest’s complimentary use of the washing machines and dryers. A number of apartments have a washer/dryer in the apartment itself. A dry-cleaning collection and delivery service is also available, charges will apply.

Yes, we only accept bookings from guests that are 18 and over.

A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and can be paid in a number of ways: preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card.

  • Executive Double Rooms and Studio Apartments can accommodate up to two people.
  • One Bedroom Apartments can accommodate up to three people – an extra bed is needed for the third person, please request when making your reservation.
  • Two Bedroom Apartments can accommodate up to five people – an extra bed is needed for the fifth person, please request when making your reservation.

Yes absolutely, we are family friendly at PREMIER SUITES.

PREMIER SUITES PLUS Dublin Ballsbridge offer one bedroom and two bedroom apartments for family bookings.

Our serviced apartments offer space for all the family to stay close at hand, while also offering the freedom and flexibility of separate living and sleeping areas.

Our fully equipped kitchens offer families the option to cook and eat a home-cooked meal together or have everything on hand for a takeaway delivery. Of course, our team can advise of family friendly eateries in the neighbourhood.

Cancellations and Amendments

How can I amend my PREMIER SUITES Dublin Ballsbridge booking?

If you booked your stay directly with the property, please contact the property directly by phone or email. If you booked via a third-party agent or website, please contact that agent to cancel your stay.

We know that plans can change. Your reservation confirmation email will provide full details of the cancellation policies that apply to your booking.

 

If your booking meets the criteria for free cancellation, you can cancel your reservation by clicking the CANCEL button on your email confirmation.

  • If travelling by Dublin Bus you can take bus number 4, 7, 7A from the City Centre and the bus stops directly in front of the property.
  • If travelling by train take the Dart heading south (Greystones direction) and alight at Sandymount station. Sandymount DART Station is 500m / 5 minutes’ walk from PREMIER SUITES PLUS Dublin Ballsbridge.
  • The Aircoach from Dublin Airport also stops just outside the property.

There are several large arenas in the Ballsbridge area.
The RDS venue is located directly opposite our property so this is an ideal location if you are attending an event in the RDS.
The Aviva stadium is located 1km (10minute walk).

In the local area you will find a selection of grocery shops, pharmacies, food markets and other amenities. Dublin’s main shopping area, Grafton Street, is also close by, just 15 minutes by public transport.

Located in Ballsbridge Village, we are within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants, cafes bars and a variety of supermarkets and local amenities such as pharmacy and post office. You can also enjoy the great outdoors with Sandymount beach and the charming Herbert Park within walking distance. And with the RDS and Aviva stadium close by, there is always something happening.

You will find a number of good restaurants within walking distance. These include Rolys Bistro, Kites Chinese Restaurant, Shelbourne Social, the Avoca Coffee Shop and Bakery, Orange Goat Café, the Girl and the Goose Restaurant.
