"We came to the property as a direct result of the Covid-19 virus. Firstly I came and had to self isolate for two weeks. When James arrived after recovering from the virus, we moved into a larger room. This transition was well arranged and went seamlessly. When the noise from the room above became an issue, we were moved to the current two-bedroom apartment, in which we have been very happy. We really appreciate how this was dealt with. During this entire stay, the service has been great. We particularly appreciate most of the reception staff accepting our meal deliveries and bringing them to our suite, as we are working from the apartment and not always in a position to collect it ourselves. We also appreciate the extra supplies when we ask for them. Everyone has been helpful with this. The only downside is the short supply of some items such as coffee pods and tissues, but we understand that is due to the virus. The cleaning and maintenance staff are nice and competent. We are happy with Leo’s housekeeping work. The shower and basin sink congestion issue was resolved nicely. Overall we really appreciate Premier Suites operating during this time, as without your efforts to stay open we would have had great difficulty when we had to vacate the Ashling Hotel. If we have to pick a standout team member, we would probably say yourself, Eoghan and Harsh, and though he is here less frequently Connor has also been great. If you would like us to expand further, please let us know".

"Thanks for reaching out, very happy to give a feedback. As i have been staying here for almost 2 months,I can say that I’ve had a very good experience since day 1 when checking in. All the team members have been nice, welcoming, helpful and professional. I have appreciated yourself in particular as very friendly and welcoming during this hard time, and always willing to accommodate my needs: I couldn’t wish for a better host 😊. Among the rest of the staff, I must say Leo is extremely good at making the rooms/apartments shiny and comfortable, extremely discrete and hard worker, great attention to details. If I can make a suggestion, it would be good have the possibility to book the meeting room for a certain amount of hours so that different guests can use it and not just always the same ones for the full day, especially considering that the majority of the guests are involved in calls. Also, it would be great to have the possibility to get the rooms cleaned outside ‘office hours’ especially when the meeting room is quite busy. However, I have appreciated the option to use a different room for the time needed to perform the cleaning. Overall, I have enjoyed my time here a lot and very positive feedback for the staff and the facility in this difficult time. Hope this helps".

"Hope you are doing well  I literally enjoyed my stay in premier suites and I arrived just 2 weeks before the closure / starting of Covid-19. You and your team literally helped me a lot. Most staff hotels / accommodation places do not converse much but you were all like family. Yourself, Harsh, Eohan were really a great joy to converse especially from the meeting room that I used to occupy on a daily basis. I think the service was great and awesome. From the cleaning to the tea / coffee and snacks everything. I literally miss the place and the beach walks. You guys have been awesome, amazing and as it was my first time in Dublin and in Ireland the hospitality was amazing".
