- From Sunday – Thursday: 7am – 11pm, after 11pm we offer an in-house concierge service.
- Friday / Saturday we offer 24 hours reception.

Pets are welcome in our suites for all extended stay guests (excess of 28 consecutive nights) with a charge of € 5 per night and with an end of stay deep cleaning fee of €250 per stay per pet to a maximum of two pets. Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places. Guided dogs are permitted in the apartments.
