- If possible, book a delivery slot that falls after your planned arrival date at the apartment. The delivery service will leave your groceries at your front door for you to bring inside your apartment.
- If you are not available to accept the grocery delivery, maybe because of work hours, our team will assist on your behalf and place the groceries into your apartment (with cold items in the fridge/freezer as needed) awaiting your arrival. By prior arrangement with reception only*
