We are open:

Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will be sent Contactless Check-in Instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES Nottingham car park gate code, the building main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.

Guests can check in anytime from 3pm onwards. It is best to notify reception of your estimated arrival time and ensure you receive the arrival instructions prior to your arrival by email.

Please contact reception of any early arrival requests so we can try our best to accommodate – this will be subject to availability.

On the day of departure, check-out time is before 11am.

Late check-out is subject to availability and upon request basis only. Late check out at 1pm is charged at £15 or at 4pm £30.

Weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights plus.

Please contact reception prior to arrival to discuss your requirements.

No, however inside every apartment there is a washer/dryer. Reception can also arrange a dry cleaning and laundry service with an external local company. Please allow 24hrs advance notice for this service, additional charges will apply.

We recommend Tesco delivery service. Guests can place an order online with Tesco’s and have food delivered. Delivery time must be from 15h00 and before 17h00 to suit reception opening hours so we can help direct the delivery driver to the apartment. Please advise our staff with notice of any delivery arranged.

No gym facilities onsite, however we take wellbeing seriously! Discover PS Life for walking maps, exercises, and healthy recipes.


Apartments provide extra floor space for guests to be able to exercise with privacy. Running maps are also available.

Yes, we can provide guests with an adaptor upon request basis, please advise reception prior to arrival if this is required so we can arrange this for you.

No, however we can direct you to the closest currency exchange bureau.

Yes, our friendly reception staff can assist with printing boarding passes.

Check out usually is before 11am, please contact reception on 0115 908 2000 if you have a delayed flight and need to extend the stay.

General Information and House Rules

We have a choice of either a 1 or 2 bedroom apartments available.

Yes, we are pet friendly, for stays of 28 consecutive nights or more. A pet policy applies along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.

Yes, there is a lift within the main lobby which provides access to every floor.

No, however some apartments have balconies and fans are provided within the storage cupboard for guests.

Yes, vouchers are available to purchase here

No smoking permitted within the building or within apartments.

Parking is subject to availability. Spaces are limited, so best to reserve in advance. Parking spaces are chargeable at £12 per night per space. Car registration details must be provided to reception prior to arrival. Please note height restriction of 2m applies.

External options only available. For example Enterprise rent a car. Charges apply.

Follow the post code to NG1 1LY. This will lead you to the Salt Box Bar, stay in the right-hand lane. You will go past our main entrance and pass MFA Bowl. Immediately right after the bowling alley, take the Service Road. Our car park is at the bottom of Service Road on the right.

We offer hand wash and shower gel dispensers in our bathrooms.

All apartments include:

Bathrooms have a bathtub with an overhead shower.

Let the team know, as they record lost property items. If found, then you can arrange collection or we can arrange to send the item/s back to you.

All kitchens have a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery provided.

The nightly rate fluctuates subject to demand and also depends on the specific dates required and length of stay. Competitive rates apply for long stays of 29 consecutive nights plus.

What is PREMIER SUITES Nottingham card policy? All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.

When booking direct via telephone or our official website, no additional booking fees are applied to your booking.

Debit or Credit cards are accepted such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

It is best to contact the property directly to discuss group requirements. If 3 or more apartments are required then group terms and conditions will apply.

VAT Invoices are available upon the departure date, please add a comment to the reservation or contact the team with this request via email to [email protected] please provide us with the guest name, date of arrival in order to request a VAT invoice.

Yes, however it is always best to create the reservation using the guest name.

Yes, a minimum age of 18 years plus applies.

£250 pre-authorisation fee per apartment.
A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and the preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card. We do not accept cash payments. If everything is fine upon departure following a room inspection we will release the deposit which can take between 3 – 5 working days to process.

Not to worry, this is fine as we will still have your reservation under the guest name.

1 bedroom apartments can sleep either 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 1 child. Our 2 bedroom apartments can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

For 7 – 27 nights stay, notice is required before 4pm, at least 3 days prior to arrival.

The apartments are within the City Centre!

Walking Directions from Nottingham Train Station – Walk north towards station street, turn right onto station street, turn left onto London road/ A60, slight right to stay on London road/A60 , at the roundabout take the second exit onto London road/A6008 , continue going straight for 0.2 miles and the Ice House (PREMIER SUITES Nottingham) is on the right hand side.

We are in the city centre, next door to the Motorpoint Arena/Ice Arena.


The Theatre Royal and Concert Hall is just an 11 minutes’ walk from the apartments. Nottingham Forest and Notts County stadium are both a 6-minute drive away from the apartments. Trent bridge cricket ground is a 5-minute drive. Corner house is a 12-minute walk away, with a cinema, bar, restaurants and mini golf.

Nottingham is a great place for shopping! The Victoria Centre is a 5-minute walk from the apartments. There are many other well-known shops and eateries which leads towards the high street.

Nottingham has plenty to offer with many attractions, retail areas, business districts, museums and performing arts venues. Definitely a place to escape to for a city break. Discover and explore this diverse and vibrant city.

Nottingham is spoilt for choice, there are many restaurants within minutes’ walk from the apartments. Please ask reception for more details on any discounts available with local restaurants.

Chinese Bell tower located in the Arboretum, Nottingham Castle, Wollaton Hall- featured as Wayne Manor in Batman’s “The Dark Knight” There are plenty of other hidden gems in Nottingham to see.

East Midlands Airport is 22km from Nottingham. There is an excellent Skylink service running every 30 minutes from the airport to Friar Lane (about 1km/10 minutes walk from the apartments). Skylink costs £5 and the journey takes between 30 and 40 minutes, depending on traffic.
