Apartments come with a fully fitted kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), and en suite bathroom(s). While staying with us, guests can also use laundry facilities, restaurant and grocery delivery, weekly housekeeping, flat-screen TV, luggage storage, and guest elevator.

Cancellations & Amendments

Amendments can be made via the website if this is how you made the booking or if you made it direct with the property then it can be amended direct with the property.

  • Please use water wisely. Turn off the tap when brushing your teeth and only use the water you need.
  • Don’t overfill your kettle. Please only use the quantity of water you need at that time.
  • Unplug devices at the wall, standby mode is still using energy! Don’t leave devices on constant charge. Switch lights off before you leave.
  • Consider reusing towels when possible. Hang up your towel if you plan to use it again. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.
  • Ensure the windows are closed when the heating is on.
  • Switch off the heating when you leave. Lower the temperature of the thermostat if the room is too warm. The optimum room temperature is between 16 and 20 degrees.
