1. What time is check in and check out?
Check out is at 11am and check in is guaranteed from 3pm – If your apartment is ready before 3pm, we are more than happy to check you in early. Late check out’s are subject to availability – Just ask us!
2. Where is the car park?
Our garage is based underground in our secure basement. When you arrive, just call into reception where we will issue you with the directions and codes to gain access – Simple!
3. Do the apartments have single beds?
All of our 1 bedroom apartments have 1 double bed but some of the 2 bedroom apartments can offer 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and some can even offer 2 twin bedrooms. Requests are subject to availability on the day but we do try our best to satisfy all requests.
4. Do you accept pets?
I’m afraid that we can only accept service pets.
5. What time is the reception open?
Monday-Friday 9am-9pm
Saturday 10am-7pm
Sunday and Bank Holiday 11am-5pm
6. How do we gain access overnight when the office is closed?
Upon check in, we will issue you with codes for the access to the building and personally show you around to the guest entrance. You will be given the mobile number for the security guard who is based in reception overnight in case of emergency.
7. Can we have food delivered?
Yes, absolutely! You can place and order from Tesco to be delivered during your stay or why not order something special from Deliveroo? Liverpool have so many delicious restaurants delivering straight to your apartment, you’ll be spoiled for choice!
8. Where is the nearest shop?
We have our very own shop based in reception selling essential items such as toiletries, water, sweet treats and even pizza and ready meals. Make your selection and simply pay at reception! Other than that – you can find Tesco at the top of the road, 1 minute walk away.
