Is reception open 24 hours a day? <\/h2>\n<p>Our reception is staffed between 9am \u2013 9pm weekdays and 10am \u2013 6pm at weekends. Outside of these hours, we offer a self check in process, so you can still check in even if a member of our team isn\u2019t present.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<h2>2. Do you have a car park and how much does it cost?<\/h2>\n<p>Yes we do, we have a small onsite car park and we charge \u00a312.00 per night. As we have limited spaces, it\u2019s best to book your car parking when making your booking!<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<h2>3. Can we have an early check in or late check out?<\/h2>\n<p>We always try to be flexible on letting guests access their apartments earlier or stay in them later than our standard check in &amp; out times but this all depends on our availability. It\u2019s always best to give our reception a call prior to arrival if you\u2019d like to get in earlier or if you need a late check out, just speak to a member of staff on check in.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<h2>4. How far are you from the city centre?<\/h2>\n<p>Our apartments are just on the outskirts of the city centre, so they are in a great location whereby you can walk into the centre or to the Harbourside within 10 minutes, so you\u2019re really near all the action! We are also only a 5-10 minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station.<\/p>\n<p>We hope these frequently asked questions help you ahead of your stay but if you have thought of any others, contact us to find out more information!
