Elke categorie vereiste gedetailleerd bewijs om te voldoen aan specifieke duurzaamheidscriteria, met uitdagingen zoals het verzamelen van uitgebreide documentatie en het uitvoeren van beoordelingen ter plaatse. <\/p><h2>Hoe hebben we het gedaan?\u00a0<\/h2><p><strong>Energie-effici\u00ebntie-upgrades<\/strong><\/p><p>Een vernieuwd verwarmingssysteem dat de effici\u00ebntie met ongeveer 20% verbetert, energiebesparende LED-verlichting, energiezuinige apparaten en slimme thermostaten verminderen onze ecologische voetafdruk en energieverbruik.<br \/><strong>Waterbesparing<\/strong><br \/>Waterbesparende apparaten in elk appartement, zoals kranen, toiletten, douches en waterzuinige wasmachines en vaatwassers, minimaliseren het waterverbruik.<br \/><strong>Afvalvermindering en recycling<\/strong><br \/>Elk appartement heeft speciale recyclingbakken en het team ter plaatse heeft een geavanceerd afvalscheidingssysteem ge\u00efmplementeerd om de bijdrage aan het storten van afval verder te verminderen.<br \/><strong>Duurzame bouwmaterialen<\/strong><br \/>Een volledig thermografisch onderzoek van het pand leidde tot verbeteringen aan de isolatie, waardoor de algehele energie-effici\u00ebntie van het gebouw aanzienlijk verbeterde.<br \/><strong>Milieuvriendelijke schoonmaakpraktijken<\/strong><br \/>We gebruiken milieuvriendelijke schoonmaakproducten via onze leverancier Ecolab en ons team is getraind om veilige en duurzame schoonmaakmethoden te garanderen.<br \/><strong>Luchtkwaliteit en welzijn<\/strong><br \/>De installatie van een geavanceerde luchtbehandelingskast bij de receptie heeft de ventilatie in belangrijke gemeenschappelijke ruimten verbeterd.
