Guests can avail of convenient services including grocery delivery, restaurant delivery, 24-hour dry cleaning and express check out. Guests staying for longer than seven days will have their suite serviced weekly with fresh linen and towels supplied. All locations provide high-speed Wi-Fi. The International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process \u2013 ISAAP \u2013 is the leading global provider of quality assessment, reporting and recognition awards for the serviced accommodation industry.<\/p>


Each and every one of our locations has been awarded with ISAAP Building Accreditation. This programme assesses a serviced accommodation building against more than 250 criteria, taking into account security, duty of care, service and due diligence.<\/p>


Among the building-specific criteria assessed are the condition and presentation of the building, its lighting, signage, access and service from staff.
