This certification reflects the property\u2019s commitment to reducing its environmental impact while enhancing guest comfort and experience.<\/p>\n<p>Only around 10% of refurbished buildings in the United Kingdom achieve an \u2018Excellent\u2019 rating, making this accreditation a significant achievement.<\/p>\n<h3>Why BREEAM In-Use Certification Matters<\/h3>\n<p>Sustainability is a core focus for PREMIER SUITES, ensuring that real, tangible changes are made to meet Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. The rigorous and independent BREEAM In-Use evaluation highlighted both strengths and areas for improvement, allowing our team to make data-driven enhancements that positively impact both the environment and our guests.<\/p>\n<p>BREEAM In-Use certification also benefits our guests by offering a verifiable, eco-conscious choice when booking accommodation &#8211; a reassurance that PREMIER SUITES Edinburgh Fountain Court meets the highest ESG standards.<\/p>\n<h3>The Accreditation Process<\/h3>\n<p>The journey to BREEAM In-Use certification required a thorough evaluation across eight key categories, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and indoor environmental quality.
