He will then walk to Het \u202fSteen and proceed in procession via the Ernest\u202fVan\u202fDijckkaai and the Suikerrui to the Grote\u202fMarkt, arriving at the city hall around 14:45, from where he will address children from the balcony at the \u201cSchoon Verdiep\u201d.
