Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests will be sent Contactless Check-in Instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES Nottingham car park gate code, the building main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.
Late check-out is subject to availability and upon request basis only. Late check out at 1pm is charged at £15 or at 4pm £30.
We recommend Tesco delivery service. Guests can place an order online with Tesco’s and have food delivered. Delivery time must be from 15h00 and before 17h00 to suit reception opening hours so we can help direct the delivery driver to the apartment. Please advise our staff with notice of any delivery arranged.
Yes, we are pet friendly, for stays of 28 consecutive nights or more. A pet policy applies along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.
All kitchens have a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery provided.
