We are open:


Monday 9am – 7pm
Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Saturday 10am - 2pm.
Sundays & Bank Holidays – 11am - 2pm.

Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you prior to arrival. Guests will be sent self-check-in instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES Car park gate code (parking needs to be pre-booked), the main entrance door code for access and key safe code to collect the apartment key & welcome letter.

Guests can check in anytime from 3pm onwards. Please notify reception of your estimated arrival time and ensure you have received the arrival instructions prior to arrival if you are arriving outside reception hours.

Please contact reception of any early arrival requests so we can try our best to accommodate – this will be subject to availability.

We kindly ask guests to check-out before 11am on the day of departure.

Subject to availability, upon request basis only. Late check out at 1pm is charged at £15 or at 4pm £30.

This service is temporarily unavailable due to the ongoing pandemic.

A weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights plus.

Limited storage facility is available, please contact reception prior to arrival to discuss your requirements.

All apartments have a washer/dryer. Reception can also arrange a dry cleaning and laundry service with an external local company. Please allow 24hrs advance notice for this service *additional charges will apply.

We recommend Tesco delivery service – guests can place an order online with Tesco’s and have food delivered. (Delivery times must be during reception opening hours so we can help direct the delivery driver to the apartment. Please advise reception with advance notice of any delivery arranged).

No gym facilities onsite, however we take wellbeing seriously! Discover PS Life for healthy recipes, exercises and meditation.
Apartments provide extra floor space for guests to be able to exercise with privacy. Running maps are also available.

We do not offer any currency exchange. There are, however, a number of options nearby.

Yes, our reception team can assist with printing boarding passes.

Check out usually is before 11am, please contact reception on 0161 827 3930 if you have a delayed flight and need to extend the stay.

General Information and House Rules

Choose from either 1 or 2 bedroom apartments available.

Yes, we are pet friendly for stays of 28 consecutive nights or more. A pet policy applies along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.

Yes, there is a lift within the main lobby which provides access to every floor.

No, however fans are provided within each apartment.

Yes, vouchers can be purchased here

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.

Parking is subject to availability. Spaces are limited, so best to reserve in advance. Parking spaces are chargeable at £15.00 per night per space. (Car registration details must be provided to reception at the time of booking). Please note height restriction of 2 meters applies.

External options only available located across the city.

Car Park is located in the basement, the entrance is located on Salmon Street.

Paul Costello hand and body wash is available in all apartments.

We have baths with overhead showers in our apartments.

Let the team know, as they record lost property items. If found, then you can arrange collection or to send the item/s back to you.

Kitchens all have a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery provided.

The nightly rate fluctuates subject to demand and also depends on the specific dates required and length of stay. Competitive rates apply for long stays of 28 consecutive nights plus.

Yes, VAT is included.

All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.

Debit or Credit cards accepted such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Yes, book direct for a safe and quick booking experience.

It is best to contact the property directly to discuss group requirements. If 3 or more apartments are required, then group terms and conditions will apply.

Get in touch with our reception team, so they can reconfirm your booking.

VAT Invoices are available upon the departure date, please add a comment to the reservation or contact the team with this request via email to [email protected] please provide us with the guest name, date of arrival in order to request a VAT invoice.

Yes, however it is always best to create the reservation using the guest name.

Yes – Minimum 18 years plus.

£250 pre-authorisation fee per apartment.
A security deposit will be required. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and the preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or Unionpay. We do not accept cash payments. If everything is fine upon departure following a room inspection, we will release the deposit which can take up to 10 working days to process.

Not to worry, this is fine as we will still have your reservation under the guest’s name.

 Yes, third party terms and conditions apply.

1 bedroom apartments can sleep 2 adults with up to 1 child ( 12 years or under). The 2 bedroom apartments can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. All apartments have double beds.

Cancellations and Amendments

We appreciate requirements can change, please notify reception in writing at [email protected]

Reservations for 1 – 6 nights, a notice is required before 4pm, on the day prior to arrival.

For 7 – 27 nights stay, notice is required before 4pm, at least 3 days prior to arrival.

For 28 plus nights stay, notice is required before 4pm, at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Please contact the third-party website to cancel the booking.

Please refer to the cancellation terms for no show charges.

Any refund owed will be returned via the original payment method.

The apartments are within the city centre , located on Shudehill!

Tram & Bus: Shudehill Interchange is seconds walk from our font door - come out of the station and turn left onto Shudehill heading up away from the Arndale Centre, PREMIER SUITES Manchester is 50m along on the right-hand side.

 

Train - Victoria station is 5 minutes’ walk away and Piccadilly Station for intercity rail services is a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride.

The Manchester AO Arena is a 0.3 mile walk from the apartments and takes about 5 minutes

  • From the apartments, walk down Hanover Street.
  • Turn left onto Corporation Street and walk about 200m.
  • Turn right and follow Station approach around to the arena entrance.

The Manchester Arndale Centre is just a 2-minute walk away.

Yes, we are in a safe area.

Yes, secure onsite car parking available at £15.00 per night per space, subject to availability.

Yes please contact reception to reserve a space prior to arrival.

The Printworks NCP is located opposite the apartments.

Manchester is spoilt for choice, there are many restaurants within minutes’ walk from the apartments. Please ask reception for more details on any discounts available with local restaurants.

Airport Accessibility

Manchester International Airport.

PREMIER SUITES Manchester is only 30 minutes journey from the airport and will cost approximately £25.00 in a taxi.

No, however we can help you organise a taxi, if required.

Manchester Airport is 9 miles south of Manchester city centre, next to the M56 and with easy links to the M6, M60 and M62.

Frequent direct services run from Manchester Airport Rail Station to Manchester Piccadilly station. At peak time trains run approximately every 15 minutes with a journey time of 15 – 20 minutes, the adult one-way fare is £3.80 and tickets can be purchased from machines at the station.
