If you want to check in before 12:00, a fee of €25 is charged at PREMIER SUITES PLUS Rotterdam. However, we can not guarantee if a room will be available, we recommend booking an extra night to be sure you can check in early.

Yes, upgrading is possible at a fee. At PREMIER SUITES  Rotterdam we offer one bedroom apartments, one bedroom corner apartments and superior apartments that differ in size. all our room types can be found here

Yes, PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam offers baby cots. These are based upon request and availability. Baby cots are available for 10 EUR per night.

The rooms are serviced once per week on a day of your choosing between Monday and Friday. The rooms are unfortunately not serviced during the weekends.

Yes, we have a luggage room on the ground floor. Please ask our reception team should you need to store or collect luggage.

Yes, dry cleaning is available upon request and we offer complementary use of our washing machines and dryers located on all guest floors.

We offer a variety of items in our Grab & Go shop located in the lobby of PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam.

Our reception team can assist you in using several delivery services. For regular grocery deliveries or groceries upon arrival, please contact our front office at [email protected] or by calling +31 85 208 6000. Please keep in mind that it can be requested by maximum 4 days before arrival.

Yes. We have our own fully equipped gym located on the ground floor. We also offer running and walking maps should you wish to exercise outside.

Yes, PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam provides international adaptors available at reception at a fee.

We offer late check-outs upon availability at a fee. Should you wish to explore the area while waiting, it is always possible to store your luggage at reception.

General Information and house rules

We offer One Bedroom Apartments, Superior Apartments and also an Accessible Apartment.

Pets are allowed for guests staying longer than 29 nights. The cost is €5 per night per animal and a final cleaning fee of €250 applies. We only allow a maximum of two pets per room. Full details can be found here.

Yes, there is wi-fi throughout the entire building of PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam.

Wireless but you also have the possibility to connect through a wire in your apartment.

Yes, PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam has elevators in the building.

Yes, the entire building of PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam is air-conditioned.

It is not allowed to smoke inside the building, including the apartments of PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam.

We do not have our own garage but do offer a discounted rate at the Interparking garage directly behind the property of 25 EURO per night. Navigation address: Kruisplein 25, Rotterdam.

Unfortunately, you cannot rent a car from us. But within walking distance you can find SIXT car rental, this rental company can certainly help you further.

The parking garage with which we have agreed a discount rate for our guests is located directly behind the property. The address of this parking garage is Kruisplein 25, Rotterdam.

The bathrooms have hand soap, shower gel and conditioner. Each apartment also includes a hairdryer.

All our bathrooms have a walk-in shower.

We have the following kitchen equipment: Various pans, cutlery, crockery and cleaning products such as soap, dishcloth and sponge. All kitchens have a dishwasher, 2-burner electric hob and extractor.

We offer late check-outs upon availability at a fee. Should you wish to explore the area while waiting it is always possible to store your luggage at the reception.

Weekly room cleaning is included in the rate, for stays shorter than 7 days we provide cleaning upon checkout.

Yes, that is possible, make the reservation in the name of the person who will check in. Please note: we always ask for a credit card for the guarantee upon check-in. If the guest does not have this with them, we ask for their own personal credit card or a deposit of €300. If you want to pay for someone, please contact [email protected].

Yes, the lead booker must be at least 18years old. Other guest(s) staying at the hotel should also be 18 years and above.

A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and can be paid in a number of ways: preferred method is to preauthorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. In case you do not have a credit card, we ask you to pay the deposit of €300 with your debit card. Upon check-out we will refund the amount back to your account. Please note, we do not accept cash payments. It is not possible to pay the deposit with cash.

Yes, your booking is guaranteed.

This differs per apartment:

Our one bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. Our superior apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults & 2 children.

Cancellations & Amendments

If you made your booking directly, you can change your booking by contacting us by email: [email protected]. If you booked through a third party, the adjustments will have to go through them.

For stays of 1-6 nights, cancellations can be made until 16:00 the day before arrival
For stays of 7-13 nights, cancellations can be made up to 16:00, 3 days before arrival
For stays of 14 nights or more, cancellations can be made up to 16:00, 7 days before arrival

If you made your booking directly, you can cancel your booking by contacting us by email: [email protected]. If you booked through a third party, the cancellation will have to go through them.

If you have made your reservation on any other site than our official site, you have to contact the specific website to cancel your stay.

If the reservation is no show, we will charge the first night stay. If you made the booking for the non-refundable rate, we will charge the card for the entire stay.

In cases where you are due a refund,  we will refund the same card used to make payment.

No, there are no meeting and conference room facilities available. However, our apartments are big enough to host a small meeting. If you are looking for a place to arrange a small meeting we can always discuss the possibilities. Please contact us via [email protected]

Yes, PREMIER SUITES Rotterdam has a gym. It can be used by making reservation. However, we only allow a maximum of 5 people at a time. 

The gym of PREMIER SUITES PLUS Rotterdam is open 24/7.

Yes, we have a personal trainer who works in and around the hotel. The PT is from the company Good Vibes. An appointment is required to make use of this. Additional fees apply.

You can find a good Italian restaurant, Vapiano, across the street of from our property. Other than that there are: Happy Sushi, Ayla, Jack Bean, PHO restaurant, Gauchos, Texican, ... to name a few good restaurants nearby.

Yes, you can find the town hall and the old harbour in the city centre of Rotterdam.

We have several rooms with a view on central station and the city centre. Some of our rooms look out over the garden and the harbour of Rotterdam.
