Our safety measures

Caring for our guests and employees is always our priority. While we have consistently maintained high standards of hygiene in our properties, we have implemented additional measures in response to Covid-19. These measures are in place to mitigate any potential risks and follow the recommended guidelines from health authorities and are under ongoing review.

As Covid-19 continues to impact the global community, we would like to keep you informed about the procedures and protocols we have introduced at PREMIER SUITES. Based on guidance from local authorities and The World Health Organisation, we have taken specific steps to ensure the safety and welfare of our guests, employees and suppliers. As Covid-19 continues to impact the global community, we remain open for essential travel, key workers, frontline staff, regular business guests and those who may need to self isolate or relocate. Our team are here and ready to welcome you with the highest of cleaning and safety protocols in place.

What are the current measures in Belgium?

I am a hotel guest

COVID Safe Ticket

At check-in, the COVID Safe Ticket is requested and scanned from each guest.
If you as a guest do not have a COVID Safe Ticket with you, you will only be allowed to stay in the room without a mask. You will also not be allowed in the breakfast room, bar & Restaurant. You must also wear a mouth mask in public areas.
If you do have a COVID Safe Ticket with you, you may move freely in the hotel without a mask.

I am not a hotel guest

Non-hotel guests are still welcome in our 7th Heaven Food Café. Our team will check the COVID Safe ticket, before taking the order.
If you can’t present a valid COVID Safe ticket, you are kindly requested to leave the establishment.

These measures will apply as long as health authority guidelines advise to do so.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you have an existing reservation and need assistance in rescheduling or cancelling your reservation, please send us an e-mail or telephone with your request and we will contact you as soon as possible. Our property contact details can be found on our PREMIER SUITES collection contact page.

We recommend that guests who have booked through an online platform, travel agencies or other third-party providers contact their booking provider for further assistance.

All locations have achieved Building Accreditation from the International Serviced Accommodation Accreditation Process (ISAAP).
The programme assessed our properties against more than 250 criteria, from a genuine guest perspective, including safety, security, duty of care, service and comfort – a further guarantee to stay with confidence in our locations.
