We are delighted to announce that we have just launched PREMIER SUITES Wellbeing as an initiative to allow guests to reach their health and wellness goals while travelling away from home.
We know how hard it can be to stay motivated and disciplined when you are travelling for work, that is why we have developed a training plan which includes both mobility and resistance exercises. Together with certified personal trainer Ronan Mee, this plan was designed so that it could be performed with minimal, and in some cases no equipment at all.
The dedicated PREMIER SUITES Wellbeing website allows you to watch and follow each exercise as it is performed by Ronan. Alternatively, guests can download a PDF card of each exercise and perform it at their own pace from the comfort of their room while staying at PREMIER SUITES. Performing a workout such as this has numerous benefits including reduced stress, better sleep and increased energy levels. With many business travellers feeling as though they don't have the time to get to a gym, this is a great way to stay on track and reach their goals.
Each PREMIER SUITES property in the UK also has a wellbeing area in reception. Guests can avail of complimentary towels, fruit and water here as well as having the option to purchase an exercise mat. Running maps of the local area which cater for runners of all levels of ability and fitness are also available free of charge should guests decide to explore the city on foot.
The exercise programme is just the first step in what we hope will be an all-round wellbeing programme for guests of PREMIER SUITES.
